Walking Distance to TD Ski Hill

This Tahoe Donner vacation home is two stories, 1950 square feet, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Our home is on a very quiet street within walking distance of the Tahoe Donner Ski Hill parking lot/shuttle pick up and has a large, flat yard surrounded by trees that makes for excellent snow play in the winter and yard play or outdoor relaxing in the summer.

Although not upgraded, the home is very clean, well-maintained with newer furnishings, mountain themed art and antiques; yet it ischild safe. Those who cook will enjoy the large, well-equipped kitchen and adjoining dining area that seats eight. The covered deck off the dining room is a great place to enjoy the outdoors during the spring, summer and fall or stay dry during the winter. The living room comes equipped with a curved screen TV, DVD player (and videos) and board games. There is a wood burning stove with an ample firewood supply.

The home sleeps up to seven (5-6 adults comfortably). The large master suite has a king-size bed, comfortable recliner, flat screen television/DVD, jacuzzi bath, and private balcony. The second bedroom has a single/double bunkbed (and views of the ski hill!) The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. There is an attached two-car garage with kitchen access and a mudroom at the front entrance. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking please.

During the winter you are only a short drive from Tahoe Donner's well-regarded cross county skiing. North Lake Tahoe ski resorts (incl Northstar and Palisades) are all within a 20-minute drive.
In the summer enjoy hiking, mountain biking and access to Tahoe Donner member facilities including the TD golf course, Tennis Center, Equestrian Center, Donner Lake private beach and marina, and Trout Creek Recreation Center and pools. Tahoe Donner Private Amenity Access - Important Info for Our Guests

Our home is located in Tahoe Donner, and as a short-term tenant, you have access to Tahoe Donner’s public amenities (Downhill Ski Resort, Cross Country Ski Center, Snowplay, Golf Course, Bikeworks, Equestrian Center and all restaurants) during your stay. Access to Tahoe Donner’s private amenities (Beach Club Marina, Trout Creek Recreation Center, Northwoods Pool, and the Tennis + Pickleball Center) requires a valid Short-Term Tenant Card and Daily Access Fees at the time of entry. This property includes [# of cards you provide] cards for use during your stay.
• One Short-Term Tenant Card is required per person, ages 3+ (per day).
• Short-term tenants with valid Short-Term Tenant Cards are required to pay Daily Access Fees to access private amenities.
• Blackout dates apply during select peak/holiday periods for private amenities, at which time Short-Term Tenant Cards are not eligible for private amenity access (not applicable to public amenities). The 2026 blackout dates include:

Tahoe Donner is about 10 minutes from the mountain town of Truckee, which offers all major conveniences plus great restaurants and shops.

This home is registered with the Town of Truckee for short-term rental use and guests must adhere to Town of Truckee and Tahoe Donner covenants.
