Walking distance to MercedesBenz Stadium, GWCC, Downtown

House is well stocked with everything you’d need for a weekend. Clean, and little details were everywhere. Very close to the stadium and GWCC- hopeful to return next year !

The house had comfortable beds. There were some cleaning issues upon our arrival that Matt addressed quickly. The kitchen is stocked for basic cooking needs- just had to buy salt and pepper. The living room was comfortable, just not enough places to sit for 8 of us so we took turns sitting on the floor, so not an issue if you're not hanging out at that house, but that's where we spent our evenings.

The house met our expectations for our first trip to Atlanta. We were not familiar with the Atlanta area. We wanted a place near the Georgia Aquarium. The unit was very close. It is very close to MercedesBenz Stadium. The beds were comfortable and living space was great. Kitchen was stocked well. We had a hard time falling asleep on Sunday because there was a lot of noise on the streets, but the other two night were great. It was nice that the three teens had their own beds and plenty of bathrooms. I would not have stayed here with younger children. Area is sketchy. Security system in unit was easy to use. Owner has cameras installed on the outside of house. I would recommend installing hooks for towels in the bathroom. Light on stairwell was burned out. We were out see sights in the city on our last day and for some reason the keypad didn’t work correctly. I called the owner. He called us right back and we were able access the house with no problems. When we checked out the house locked with no problems.

A group of us (6) stayed here for a conference and it was the best spot we could have asked for. There were ample beds and bathrooms with showers for everyone and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The amenities were exactly what we needed and one underrated portion of the house is the back porch, which has a nice patio set up and a fire pit. Additionally, the area was fairly quiet around us and we never felt unsafe!

Perfect location to attend events at Mercedes Benz. House was very clean, tidy, perfect for all 7 of us. Host sent all necessary and helpful information for stay. Would definitely stay again in the future if back in Atlanta!

Within walking distance to almost everything, everyone had their own room and TV, and plenty of bathrooms too. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, cute, convenient to stadiums and restaurants. We felt safe to walk to stadium from here.

Super comfy beds, great communication, and speedy responses. Appreciated the washer and dryer and tvs in every room.

Nice house. Minimal parking which posed a bit of a problem. Overall very pleasant.

We came down for a trade show at the GWCC. 4 of us were able to stay comfortably. Beautiful house. With in a short walk of GWCC and Mercedes Benz. Will definitely stay again for our next event downtown. Clean, easy process. Highly recommend.

Our stay was convenient to walk to the areas we needed this week. Making it very convenient, just as listed. Great stay!

Perfect location, perfect set up in the house. Nothing to complain about!

Long weekend with family coming in from 3 different states, to meet family member who lives in Atlanta.
