Great communications with host!, We enjoyed our Christmas stay in the clean, accommodating home.

We have stayed here several times over the years. Always clean and comfortable and a very easy walk to the Plaza. Now with the streetcar, all of the entertainment districts are in reach without worring about a car.

Perfect for what we needed.

The house was clean, comfortable and great for mobile people. Not for seniors. Stairs are very challenging. Front and back stairs. Basement stairs are also challenging. I chose this house because it was one story. Stairs were more challenging than expected. Like I said the house itself was nice and clean. Location was also great.

This was an excellent stay for our family over Father's Day weekend! We went to the Royals Game & the fenced back yard was an excellent place to enjoy dinner outside with the family & our pups. Host was nice enough to let us check in a bit earlier so that was nice after a long trip on the road. We would definately stay here again when we come back to KC!

Property is as described- very clean, well appointed kitchen and great shower in bathroom with good water pressure ; communication with property manager was easy and efficient; appreciated the coffee pods and convenience to have a washer/dryer. Walkable to the plaza that had an abundance of restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend the property.

We would stay here again, close to everything, cozy property, great parking, everything worked as expected, including smart TVs in every room.

We enjoyed our stay! Close to many things to do for adults, very clean house, and seemed to be a quiet neighborhood. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the coffee and tea options along with the fireplace that we used every night. I would 100% visit again.

Our hosts were very generous and allowed us an early check in due to a scheduled event we were attending. The place is just amazing! We loved the fireplace! It added that homey feeling. The dogs loved the backyard. Seemed like a close-knit neighborhood and everyone we encountered was friendly. Very centrally located and close to everything. We had to check out early due to the Blizzard of 2025 and wanted to get home before we were not able to. Once again, the hosts stepped in an offered a free night for a future visit. There is no need to look any further! This is your place!

This property is a gem. So well kept, cozy and in a quaint neighborhood within walking distance to the Plaza. The home is stocked with every thing needed for a short or long stay. Toiletries, coffee and teas included. A nice fenced in back yard if you are bringing pets. This place truly felt like a home away from home and we plan to stay again when we come back to KC to visit family.

I think this is our fourth year in a row renting this home during the month of December. It is always clean, comfortable, and the location can't be beat. Always look forward to our stay.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Check-in was easy and convenient. The property was well-maintainted and clean. The host provided adequate information and descriptions. The location was ideal for our trip purpose.

We used this home as a base for the Kansas City Marathon, which I ran while there. It proved a perfect spot, as the neighborhood is lowkey and quiet while still being a short walk to the sights, shops and restaurants of the Country Club plaza and just a 7-8 minute drive to all of the other main attractions within the City. We especially liked the cozy feel of the house, its porch, and the many TVs to kick-back and watch football on. Overall, a great stay and one I highly recommend to anyone interested in visiting.

My wife and I are repeat visitors to this VRBO. It is cozy, clean,and the location couldn't be better. Parking is never a problem if one stays here. We can't say enough about this place. One can walk to the Plaza. Great restaurants are minutes away,too. We came to town for a concert at the T-Mobile Center, and it is just minutes away. The house is clean! We can't say that enough. The hosts allow pets, too, and for us, that is a plus. We always travel with our dog. This is a gem in KC. Book with confidence! Great place!

Quiet street and yet walking distance to coffee, cocktails and restaurants. It had what we needed for a girls weekend getaway.

As advertised, cute little bungalow right off the plaza in a quiet neighborhood. Great restaurants, nice area to walk our little dogs. We’d stay here again.

The house was clean, plenty of towels and cook ware, very comfortable. Has a really nice park walking distance from the house.

The home was very comfortable and clean. There were plenty of fresh towels available and really soft sheets on the beds. Extra kitchen utensils were provided and cleaning/dish washing items were easy to find. Great neighborhood and walking distance from an excellent sandwich shop, pizza spot, and cafes. Remember the home allows for pets- so you’ll find some pet hair on the furniture. Bring a lint roller.

We enjoyed our stay with two little kids (2yr and 9mo). The house is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/etc. It was close to a nice park (about a 10 min walk), coffee shop and sandwich shop up the street (5 min walk), and all of the Plaza (10 min walk). The owners were very accommodating. Parking was easy with two spaces in the back of the house. The linens, beds, and towels were nice. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the place to stay if you want to be close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment in the KC area. The host has thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. Love, love loved it and will definitely stay agin when we return to the KC area
