Vacation At Its Finest presents, “Walkabout 30A” found in the highly sought after and popular Gulf Place Community! As you enter this charming 3B/2.5B townhome, you instantly feel relaxed and ready to unwind. The townhome has been perfectly designed to help you unplug, supplying you with every amenity needed for a tranquil vacation. The first floor has an open floor plan connecting the kitchen to the living room, with plenty of room to enjoy precious time with your family and friends. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an abundant supply of kitchen necessities. The home has new living room furnishings offering a Queen sleeper sofa, while boasting a stylish, sophisticated vibe with ample seating to mingle and entertain. Directly off the living room, there is a screened-in patio to enjoy the afternoon sunshine or an evening glass of wine. The second floor has an oversized master suite with a king bed, an en-suite bath with separate tub and shower, and a private balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The 2nd bedroom on the same floor is spacious with a Queen bed and a full-size private bath. A stackable washer/dryer is furnished on the 2nd floor for quick loads of laundry after a day at the beach. The third-floor loft features two twin beds and is a great space for a couple, teenagers or kids to enjoy some privacy and hang out!

The townhome has an amazing location with recreational activities right in its backyard! The back of the townhome is a minute walk to the main pool, shuffle boards, corn hole and tennis courts. Additionally, it is a quick 5-minute walk to your private beach entry.

Gulf Place Community
“Walkabout 30A” is located in Gulf Place and is found on the west end of 30A between Blue Mountain and Dune Allen Beach. Gulf Place Community Amenities include Four beach accesses: three deeded Gulf Place accesses + Ed Walline Regional Beach Access, 3 Swimming Pools, 2 Tennis Courts, BBQ Grilling areas, Shuffleboard Courts, Walking Trails, Restaurants, Cafe, Pizzeria, Shops, Art Galleries, Live Events, Park with Lifeguards, facilities, and boardwalk! All within walking distance so you can park and enjoy!

NOTE: The primary renter must be 25 and stay during the entire rental period.

*** Spring Break (March / April) ***
For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Proof of age is required by all guests and all homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival to ensure compliance. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.

We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.

**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.

**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification.

    Yet another perfect visit to Gulf Place! We love the townhomes at the Courtyard! This one met all of our expectations, very clean, super comfortable beds always a bonus! Easy walk to beach, love the heated pools for the red flag beach days. Great family friendly community! We will be back!

    The town home was roomy and comfortable. We had trouble with the Keurig coffer maker. We never figured out the workings of the TV. It would be nice if they had instructions. Communication with the management company was some what difficult.

    My friends and I absolutely enjoyed our stay in your lovely townhome. Everything was easy from the beginning. The initial contact with Donna (the host) was a joy and she made the check-in process seamless. The home was just as pictured and the amenities are second to none! This beach location is THE BEST on 30A. I was concerned that the uniqueness of Gulf Place might have been stripped away since Alvin’s Island had acquired the darling boutique shoppes but it is still just as quaint and unique as it has been since my family & I’ve been coming…..I did however miss the SoHo stores and the 30A store but found them just down 30A in Seagrove. Gulf Place is TRULY a one of a kind destination and this townhome made it even more amazing. Having the Perfect Pig, Cava & Cakes, the coffee shop, Shunk Gulley, & Pecan Jacks at our fingertips is such a plus. We also love the little art area with outdoor shops and activities each year. We have been coming to Gulf Place for 6 years now and we feel as though we have found the perfect spot and now the perfect townhome. Thank you so much for sharing your home. Your home is spacious, well equipped, the screened in porch was lovely to sit and relax after being at the beach, and having our own designated parking spots at the home vs staying in the Gulf Place Inns condos (even though they are brand new and lovely too) was PERFECT!! The townhome was exactly as described on the website and super clean! We had no problems while there so never had to reach out to management. We loved being able to walk to many restaurants and shops. Our favorite was Shunk Gulley, Chef 30A and Stinky's Fish Camp (a little further of a walk but great when it's perfect weather)! We also loved ending our evening at Pecan Jack's for the best ice cream! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful piece of paradise!
