Nice location, clean and well-stocked. Walk over to the Farmers Market to grab coffee and food!

This is such a professionally run home. It was so clean and tidy. We appreciated the great mattresses so much!

Nice house. Beds were very comfortable.

The house was in a great location, and very clean. We are sticklers for comfortable beds, and this place had great ones. The kitchen was very wells equipped, and two separate living areas came in handy when the guys wanted to watch football while the girls watched a movie. We would definitely stay here again.

This large house is an excellent choice for a rental should you need to share with 5 or more people. The owner offers very nice amenities. The house is located in an up and coming neighborhood in a great location near the farmers market, the Nash Trash tour, the beautiful Tennessee State Historical Park and library and museum, and an area with numerous restaurants called Germantown.

We loved everything about the property except the early morning wake up from construction across the street which is heard right out your bedroom window (on Saturday and Sunday too). This is no fault of the seller but we wish we had been informed about it before booking.

Amazing place to stay for a friend’s trip to Nashville

All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate; we had a wonderful visit. Great proximity to all the fun and the neighborhood was nice and quiet!

This home (House doesn't do it justice) was perfect! It was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed, hair dryers, iron/ironing board, laundery soap, dish detergent, hand soap, towels, sheets, etc.. All we needed to do was go grocery shopping. If we ever go back to Nashville would definately go back... and certainly recommend to my friends!

The place was great and easily accommodated our group of 10.

We were so pleased with this house! We loved how fully stocked everything was, from K cups to plenty of towels, it made her stay very pleasant. The beds were very comfortable, except the pull out in the front room, that is in need of an upgraded mattress. The host was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Close to the Farmer’s Market and walkable to Broadway.

The property manager was great! We had a hiccup with one of the bathrooms not having hot water and although it was an inconvenience they were on top of trying to fix it and did discount us some. They had everything you could possibly need as well and the house was very spacious and clean. Location was good as well. I would stay here again.

Loved the house and all the extra amenities!! Ended up with less people coming so we were able to spread out.

Read the description carefully. There is not a private 4th bedroom. It is in a living space with an uncomfortable pull out couch. The hot water in one of the showers did not work so we all had to shower in the master bathroom. The internet was out during our two night stay and we were given a credit for that. Aside from those issues it was a lovely, spacious home in a convenient location.

Great location quiet and extremely spacious. The pictures don’t do justice to how lovely and roomy this place is! As six adult business women, we all agreed we’ve never stayed at a nicer bnb than this one. Well done and highly recommend.

Our stay was comfortable so and so wonderful. Three women - we each had our own bedroom and our own bathrooms and the house was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, plus more! The amenities, (toiletries, celebration items, etc.) was great!! We had a beautiful trip!

Great spot, 5 mins from broadway and close to a lot. The house was perfect for our weekend away.

Everything was in great condition, very nicely decorated, rooms very spacious and all the amenities we needed! Super clean when we arrived! We had a wonderful weekend for a group of 9 people!

Nicely furnished and clean home. Beds comfortable. Directions on tv operation would be helpful. Everything you need is there. 15 minute ride to Broadway. Walking distance to Germantown. We used Lyft and it was great

The only negative i can possibly say is that there are only three bedrooms. They count the front living room as a bedroom even though it doesn't have a door. I would definitely stay here again.
