Stayed Aug 2, 2025This place was cute. It had a nice layout. The common space are great for family gatherings. Overall the house is in a great location: very walkable to downtown Clayton. We only stayed four nights. Wish we would’ve stayed another day or two as we didn’t get to explore enough of the area. Overall, I highly recommend spending time in one thousand islands. Clayton is a nice town to use as your central launch point. And this place is solid place to stay.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Overall we had a great stay. The house was well equipped for our needs and the bedroom and bathroom set up was perfect for our group. Easy walk to downtown. We were expecting a pool, it ended up not being a big deal, our friends we were visiting had one. The host was Johnny-on-the-spot for our questions and asks. Our only feedback was some bedroom windows would not open which we kinda missed at night.

Stayed Aug 13, 2023Great host. Property was very nice. As advertised. Loved the big open living room. Fenced in yard for pets is a plus. Stand alone AC units were a plus along with the window AC units. Middle upstairs bedroom gets hot. No AC in that room.
