The primary bedroom offers a queen bed with blackout curtains and luxury bamboo sheets for deep, restful sleep. The second bedroom includes a comfortable trundle bed (two twins) and doubles as a flexible space for studying or play. A full bathroom with a tub and shower is conveniently located between both bedrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook with ease. A dedicated laundry room includes free-and-clear detergent pods for your convenience. Start your mornings with coffee from the Keurig or French press, featuring locally roasted favorites from Phoenix Roasters.
Step outside to the private back patio and unwind in the hammock swing chair or patio seating. Enjoy evening cookouts with the large gas grill or gather around the fire pit under café lights on cooler nights. All essential household items—cookware, dishes, and bathroom amenities—are thoughtfully provided for a comfortable, stress-free stay.

This home is a duplex, and your private space is on the left side, which includes your own patio.

The indoor fireplace is not available for use. However, the outdoor fire pit is available for guests to enjoy; firewood is not provided but can be easily purchased at the nearby Publix.

Please note: For insurance and safety purposes, exterior security cameras are installed on the property. These are owner-operated and monitor only outdoor areas—there are no cameras inside the home.

    The thing I enjoyed the most about staying at this property is it is exactly what it was described as and more. The house is beautiful on a quiet street well maintained comfortable and welcoming. I really can’t wait to go back and stay there again. I almost feel like I shouldn’t write. It’s such a great review because I want it to be available The next time I want to stay there.

    My father had a stroke and was rushed to North East Medical. Joy was a god send and the location of the house was perfect. Everything was exactly as she explained and I was able to stay close to the hospital
