Walkable, Elegant, Comfortable, Light-Filled Home w/Pool and Garden.

This was the nicest VRBO home we have ever stayed in, absolutely stunning, and the pictures don’t do it justice. It became our home base, and we were able to walk everywhere. Waking up to a view of the volcano every morning was the cherry on top. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Stunning home, the property feels like a 2nd home. Too many detains to list, this home was perfect for us, a family of 8. We enjoyed it ao much that we will stay here again. The females in our family loved the plants

Unfortunately we were unable to go because of unexpected circumstances. However, Sonja was incredibly responsive and helpful during our booking process and was more than understanding when we needed to cancel. She is an amazing person!

Everything was absolutely perfect from the check-in process, to the cleanliness and aesthetic of the home, distance to the square, as well as our experience with Sonja. Great fun home our family had an awesome time extremely unique home to relax in the pool multiple seating areas to enjoy. There was not one room in the house we did not like every single room was unique.

This property is fantastic!! Beautifully appointed, large, well designed, and in the best part of the city. Just away enough from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to walk to with excellent restaurants less than 10 minutes away on foot.

My wife and I along with 2 other couples stayed at this beautiful home for 6 days this past August. The house is stunning. Much bigger and Luxurious than it looks in the photos. The house is designed very tasteful and each room is very spacious. We had more than enough space. The Pool was refreshing during the Hot part of each day. The Kitchen is fully equipped if you like to cook. The Patio and Terrace were very comfortable. The atrium and lighting throughout the Home are out of a Magazine! Lastly, the plants throughout the outside of the home are gorgeous. The Gardener is very talented at maintaining the grounds. The location of the home is just outside of the main area of downtown Antigua, on the south side. Antigua is a 9x9 grid that is very walkable. We walked into the downtown each day. (Maybe a 15 minute walk to the Central Park of Antigua) Generally we always like to stay right outside the action to have some privacy as well as being close enough to all the stuff to do. We loved the location. We also thought the best Cafes and Restaurants are closer to this home than the downtown. La Escalonia and Meso Panza Verde were exceptional! 2 Maids, a Gardener, and a Window Cleaner come 2 times a week to help keep the house pristine and the plants thriving! They showed up promptly at 9am on Thursday and I believe they were gone in 3 hours. We barely noticed them and they were very kind. Elma (house manager) and Sonja (owner) were both responsive and very helpful!

We extended our stay in Antigua and our hotel could not accommodate us. We reserved Sonja’s house and could not have been happier with our decision. Elma welcomed us. The house is stunning. Ultra comfortable beds, great showers, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, beautifully landscaped backyard. We used the pool daily and enjoyed multiple seating areas. The furnishings, tile work, architectural touches are first rate.

Our recent stay at this beautifully designed house in Antigua exceeded all our expectations. The property is even more stunning in person than in the photos! Nestled in a wonderful location, it offered peace and quiet in a secure area and easy access to heart of the city, making it the perfect base for exploring. The host was very responsive and helpful. The house itself was immaculate, with spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated my family. Every detail in the design and decor added to our overall experience!
