Stayed Jan 9, 2026Perfect house for our girls weekend. Everything was clean and the location was amazing. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Hot tub was warmed up for us and Cindy left us some coffee and creamer as well. Thanks again for everything!

Stayed Mar 19, 2025Pioneer Haus is the perfect place if you want the 1800's feel and modern amenities. The Haus is exactly as advertised, very clean, nicely stocked. The living room, kitchen, and dining room feel like the 1800s. The furniture and bedding are very comfortable. Great back porch, fire pit, and hot tub for relaxing. One block off main and close to many restaurants. Best host ever.

They loved this property for several reasons…it epitomizes the spirit of the German community of Fredericksburg, the location is wonderful for being able to walk to many locations in town and the home itself was well appointed and stocked. We had a wonderful time! Wonderful host as well.
