Wonderful place!

We loved our stay we booked the property again, but this time we are trying out the other unit in the property! GREAT location, parking was super easy, the unit was comfy and clean. Communication with our host was great. Can't wait to come back in May

This rental is in a great location in the heart of Shadyside. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the fact that it is pet-friendly. There is no grassy area right at the rental but plenty of places to walk dogs nearby. There was a small kitchen/living room area with a sink, fridge, and table that suited our needs since we mostly ate out during our stay. We loved the cleanliness and soft carpet in the bedrooms. The dedicated parking spot out back was a huge plus as well. We would definitely stay here again!

I grew up in this house until I was almost 12 years old. It was great to see the old neighborhood. The remodeling of this house was very well done.

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. We really appreciate that it came equipped with towels, sheets, toiletries and soap. The backyard patio with firepit was also nice. It was great to have a designated spot behind the house and there was plenty of street parking available. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

We were visiting our son at Pitt and this apartment was well placed for the school and local amenities. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The only minor issue is that the advertised rollaway bed was broken and replaced by an inflatable mattress.It would be good for the

This property was a great spot to setup for a visit to Pittsburgh with our dog. Great location with easy access to the entire East end. You have a mini fridge and a microwave, which was fine for the length of our stay. Any longer and we would have probably wanted to be able to cook for ourselves a bit. Check in and out was completely effortless. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is perfect for a weekend get-away! It is in a prime location - many fantastic restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance, as well as fun shops. The apartment was spotless. I was a bit disappointed in the lack of a common room (we were visiting my son who is in college, and we alike having somewhere to just hang out and relax sometimes), but otherwise, it was absolutely perfect!

As many other folks have commented this is a very clean place, no cobwebs or grimey corners. The beds are comfortable and it was honestly the perfect accomodation for a long weekend hangout in Pittsburgh with old friends. The neighborhood is wonderful, we got breakfast at two separate spots and ramen for dinner all withing walking distance. And it provided a good base camp for our other outings to Phipps conservatory and various museums. I appreciated the ease of check in and the door has a keypad so you don’t have an extra key to worry about losing. In case you missed it in the description , this is a second story unit accessed by a fairly steep staircase. It was perfectly fine for us but folks with mobility challenges will want to be aware. I can’t think of anything we wanted for! The host/ guest contact texted me the day of our check in and although we didn’t have any issues, she seemed like she would have been easy to reach and responsive if we did. Would definitely return!

Perfect spot for me and my daughter (HS senior) to stay while visiting colleges in Pittsburgh. Location was amazing. Literal steps from Shadyside neighborhood, restaurants, and shopping. Property was clean and neat. Road noise in the front was a bit loud at night, but white noise helped. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and secure in the property. Would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. When staying with dogs it is good to note that there is no grass in the yard or close by to take them out easily. The gate on the back yard fence does not latch so you can’t let dogs loose in the yard safely to play. Otherwise the apartment is exactly how it is described.

The property was great. Nice back yard. Close to restaurants, bars, and shops. Clean neighborhood with no noise to bother you. Owner was very informative and easy to contact with. No problems.

The property was easy to access and nearby to our son who we were visiting. The beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The bagel place was right across the street. We highly recommend the Leige waffles and ice cream at “Treat” around the corner.

Had great stay at this Evolve home. Place is in great location near Walnut Street. Evolve was helpful when I had questions, plus when I needed something to make my stay better, e.g., like more towels and shower soap and shampoo.
