Located in Historic Old Town just a few short blocks from Main Street, the Town Lift, luxury restaurants, and the free bus system. You have easy access to anywhere you need to be in Park City. This home is perfect for your mountain getaway.

With two family rooms, a bunk room that sleeps up to six, three king bedrooms, and each bedroom with its own private bathroom, every detail in this home is thoughtful and comfortable. Enjoy your private backyard complete with hot tub that sits up to 8, a gas fire pit with cozy seating or enjoy sitting on the patio while grilling on the gas BBQ. If you chose to get your Chef on, this kitchen is for you! Wolf brand appliances and spacious kitchen allow you to create meals that would rival any top chef!

•1 car garage with one additional driveway parking space. Ski storage and boot dryers inside garage. The garage space is big enough for 1 small to mid size SUV or car. Anything larger can be parked on the driveway.

Middle Level:
•Master King bedroom with ensuite full bathroom, walk in shower, stand along bathtub and television
•Living Room area with television and gas fireplace- *New furniture pictures coming soon*
•Kitchen, dining area and breakfast nook. Seating for 8 at the dining table, 5 kitchen bar stools and up to 5 seats at the breakfast nook
•Half bathroom located right off the kitchen
•Small outdoor patio with gas BBQ (connected to main supply line-so you will never run out of gas for the BBQ) and bar seating for 4.
•Desk/workspace with lots of natural light

Lower Level:
•King bedroom with ensuite full bathroom and walk in shower
•Bunk room with 2 twin over double bunk beds (sleeps up to 6), full ensuite bathroom, walk in shower and television

*Getting Around Town*
-0.2 miles (approx. 4 minute walk) to the entrance on/off Town Lift run
-.25 miles walk to base of Old Town
-3 minute walk to free Park City bus stop on Park Avenue (this bus will take you up to the main transit center on Main Street)

Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
Please remove shoes when entering the home.
There are no pets allowed.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.
