Walk to the River or Downtown. One block from Cameron Park. 1 Mile to Silos!

This house is adorable. If you’re going to the Silos it’s a 5-7 minute drive. The house is well decorated, cute and has everything you will need for a short stay. The front and backyard are great gathering spaces and there is a small Kitchen with seating if you need to cook there. The beds were comfortable and clean. Also the “rules” for leaving are fairly easy. I highly recommend this for small family or girls weekend. We comfortably stayed with 4 adults.

Perfect little home with the fixer upper vibe. Great communication from owners. The beds were so comfy. My friend and I stayed there while visiting the Silos. We loved the place.

The house was very nice. We were pleased with the house, however each uber driver that brought us back to the house told us that the neighborhood was not the best. One of them even waited until we got in the house. We did not have a problem but it was uneasy to hear this about the neighborhood.

It was a cute cottage. It was perfect for two. We loved the location in terms of convenience. It was close to all the places we were looking to visit.

Close to everything

House was great and very clean! The location was perfect and easy to get to everything. And the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful.

Joshua and Jill were very helpful on our trip. We reached out prior to our travels and they gave suggestions for places to eat. the Opal Oyster was amazing!! Our trip was a very quick overnight experience. We were grateful to stay there.

The house is very nice, neat, and clean. The front door uses an older style metal key that is in a realtor box. Time to upgrade to a digital entry lock.

Josh responded quickly and was very helpful. The house is clean and nice. The location is perfect. As walkers, my sister and I were very pleased with the location. It is about a block from the river walk. You can walk along the river and then go left to the market which is about a mile from the house or go right to downtown which is a mile. Silos are 1 1/2 miles and the Ranger museum about 1 1/2 miles. If you go other direction on river walk you are less than a mile to Cameron park. Highly recommend this property all the way around. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet.

Joshua was thoughtful and concerned about our safety with the previous ice on the steps.

We did not stay at this house as there was a power issue when we first arrived, but our host went way above and beyond to make our weekend a success. Our host got us a hotel for the first night, then offered us an upgrade to a larger home. Because of winter storm Fern, we were not able to do much around Waco, but our host contacted us to see if we needed food. The home where we stayed was fabulous. I recommend staying at any of this host's home in Waco.

Great location near the river and Cameron Park. Super cute cottage. Host/owner was amazing when we needed some support. He went the extra mile plus to ensure that we had a great stay in Waco. If/when we return to Waco we will absolutely stay at one of his properties!

It is in a fantastic location between Cameron Park and downtown Waco. A very short walk for early morning and sunset river strolls. The check in / out process is super easy and the house is always clean on arrival. The kitchen is adequately supplied. The backyard is pleasant space for those slow Texas nights.This was the second time staying at this house and our kids can’t wait to return next year.

We only stayed for one night, but the property and amenities were really great. It had everything we needed for the time we were in town.

Couldn't find bedding for the couch. The shower/ bath faucet was very difficult to operate. The handle kept falling off. We could not find any coasters. There was no ground coffee for the coffee maker and only 8 coffee pods. The beds were very comfortable. The street was very noisy/loud car racing on Saturday night.

Charming bungalow a block from the beautiful river and park. We can to see the silos at Magnolia Market and this rental is only about 1 and 1/2 walkable miles to the Silos. The beds are very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay.

The house was just as described. It has most cooking utensils you would need in the kitchen and a grill in the backyard. Although we didn’t have a need to cook with all the great restaurants. It’s very close to downtown and the Silo’s. As others mentioned, the neighborhood is an up and coming lower income neighborhood, but all the neighbors were friendly and I never felt unsafe. The hosts were great and responded in a timely manner. The location of this house to downtown cannot be beat. I would stay here again if traveling to Waco.

We loved the River Run house. It was super cute and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the home had everything you need for cooking. The owner checked on us just to make sure we didn't need anything and that everything was in order when we arrived.

We loved this little house in Waco. We walked to the river several times and the location was very convenient overall. Cute touches in the house itself, you can tell the owners really care about this property.

We had the most wonderful stay at River Run! From the moment we walked in, we were charmed by how cute and cozy the house was. The location was perfect—just a short distance from all the major attractions, so we never had to travel far to experience the best of the area. It’s a great house for our little family. Me, my wife and our 1 year old stayed for a couple of nights while visiting Waco. The hosts were incredibly helpful and great at communicating. The house was well done, had everything we needed and more, and was very comfortable. We will be keeping this in mind for our next trip to Waco. We highly recommend.

We stayed for three days in “the cottage”. Clean, hot water for bath/shower after exploring Waco and the surrounding area. Cozy and warm home. The owner made sure we were comfortable and all was well. At night, we wrapped up in blankets and watched Fixer Upper episodes.The river and walking trails were nearby for afternoon walks. We had a lovely time!

I’m thrilled with our stay. Quiet, very comfortable beds and ample kitchen and bath. Manager was very responsive when we couldn’t retrieve the key. He was there in 5minutes to let us in. Also gave us recommendations about restaurants which were great. Also showed us a around his store and art gallery.
