Holloway Marina rentals is five houses down the road, a 2-minute walk.Downstairs, you have a master suite with a king-size bed and a full bathroom, and upstairs one bedroom and a loft, both with queen size beds and another full bath for the two spaces to share. The house is so close to the Village, that you can also eat there every meal, trying the endless amazing options available in town! The lake is down on Forest Rd, or on the back street, within a short walk. Also, Holloway Marina is a walking distance to rent your water sports rental. The village is a 5 minutes drive. The City of Big Bear Lake charges 11% TOT and TBID taxes. Airbnb is only collecting 8% taxes, and the owner/host must collect the rest, which is 3% taxes.
