This property is five minutes walk to the beach.

Very nice house. The beach was a few blocks away. Main bedroom and bathroom were beautiful.

Master bed and bathroom mirrors were way too high. The house wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4:30. We had to put towels in dryer and kitchen items away ourselves.

This is a lovely home, with every amenity you could ask for! Keurig, various kitchen items, nice warm fireplace, extremely comfy beds, very clean space, and smelled great, with various close by/walk to restaurants and beach access. Only down side was there was no yard on property for the pups to potty. We had to walk across the street to a nearby open field, which was part of the local skate park. Didn't realize this in selecting location - and this wasn't ideal at all. Also, has metal spiral staircase to the 3rd floor area - which was very cool both aesthetically and for a fun TV comfy room, but was a bit worrisome going up and down as stairs are very steep. But overall, a lovely space and recommend!

Corrected water heater and rebated appropriate amount for 2 nights without water! Well equipped kitchen! Very clean!

Nice stay, convenient location, walk to beach, but no ocean view

Charming home; perfectly appointed; beds were comfortable and linens/towels top rated. Wish we brought our pups because the home was easy for canine guests — the instruction book was exactly what you would hope for — everything laid out for how to’s and check-out; an easy walk to all Nye Beach offers. Could offer a couple paper products in kitchen (foil; coffee filters); otherwise all you need!

Nice property that is well kept. All the beds are comfortable and the upstairs is roomy. We liked the loft bedroom that works well for a child or teen. Parking at the home is bit tight for a large vehicle but there is plenty of parking close by. Overall this was a great find and we would stay here again.

Great property great home!

Great place to gather for a long awaited reunion with all three daughters under one roof! Kitchen well supplied with everything we needed to cook two breakfasts. Easy walk to Nye Beach, restaraunts and shops. Could have used a comfortable chair for a hubby with Parkinsons, but not a normal situation. Enjoyed the fireplace to take the chill off. Beds and baths worked out perfectly. We would stay there again.

This house is located in the perfect place to walk to Nye Street and Nye beach. The parks across the street are a great place for kids to play. This owner really considered all the things a family might need for their stay and that made the trip so much easier. There was even a high chair, toddler toilet, and baby gate to accommodate little ones. It felt like the owner really wanted us to enjoy ourselves.

I highly recommend this wonderful rental home! Completely stocked kitchen, comfortable and spacious eating area, Close to shopping, restaurants and local attractions. Kid and dog friendly accommodations everywhere. Owner was quick to respond when we had a question about the TV. We look forward to our next stay!

Great place to stay. It’s clean, well stocked and beautifully updated. Easy walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants. Owner very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our time!

This property is very dog friendly, and has plenty of pet supplies like blankets to throw over the couch or a dog bed in the corner. Our dogs found a little tennis ball in a bucket and fought over it the whole trip. Thanks! The bed upstairs was so comfortable!. The neighborhood was so quiet. We slept like rocks. We also appreciated having access to cable, it was nice, not having to sign in and figure out a smart TV. The loft of the spiral staircase was a great place to hide out and get some reading done in the evenings. Felt like we were walking into a brand new house, though it was also lived in. The distressed floors give you a feeling like it’s OK to let your dogs run around, for example. Thanks for a great visit.

Clean, comfortable accommodations. Quiet area. Loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Lovely house in quiet neigborhood with nearby skatepark and playground. Private parking area for car. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, comfy beds and cozy living room area with gas fireplace and large TV. Great third floor space and sleeping for children if needed with separate TV. Easy walk to main street of Nye Beach and easy access to the beach. Only drawback was gas stove and oven with no outside venting so if you like cooking for yourself, this may not be the place. First night we set off fire alarm trying do sauteé some veggies even with windows and door open. AQI meter as part of the thermostat system warned of poor indoor air quality throughout our stay from volatile organics and CO2.

The house was beautiful and very clean when we arrived. The location was great to be within walking distance to Nye Beach, but we really couldn’t see the ocean from the 3rd floor. Very quiet location. All in all a great little home!

Fantastic location walkable to beach and shops, very clean and in great condition. Kitchen better appointed than my kitchen at home. Upstairs loft is great for older kids (there is a spiral staircase that needs supervision for little ones, and there is no safety gate at top). Living room is small but cosy.

A sweet little place - cozy fireplace in the living room and all you need to make a tasty dinner for the family after a day at Nye Beach. Great location, responsive host. The kiddos loved the spiral staircase and having their own space. VERY dog friendly!
