Restaurants and shops are all within biking distance. You’ll love my place because of the relaxed ambiance, outdoor spaces, neighborhood, and the proximity to the beach.
Just restored and renovated after hurricane Ian damage offers open concept kitchen, breakfast room, family room, and relaxing room with sliding patio doors that can be opened to give you a spacious living area. Large backyard with extended wooden deck with peaceful view to enjoy the sunny days of Florida. Paradise awaits! While making your way around Sanibel and surroundings you will be greeted by many birds, dolphins, manatee and many species of fish. You will boat, kayak, paddle board, drive, walk or rent bikes and ride around the island you will not need to drive a car. The home is equipped with High-Speed Internet and WiFi, and two full size flat screen high definition 4 K Smart TVs. beach chairs, cooler.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
From the peaceful street, pull into the gravel driveway with room for 2 to 3 cars. Make your way up the path to the front porch, noticing the nicely landscaped and private front yard.
Enter the home into the living room and the covered interior cozy patio room like a sunroom integrated with sliding doors making a spacious open concept living area for your comfort, where large picture windows let in lots of natural light. After a long day exploring, put your feet up on the comfy couches or love seat, flipping through the channels on the 65” curve flat-screen ultra-high-definition Smart TV.
Just beyond the living room you’ll find a 6-person dining table. White and bright, the kitchen is stocked with full-size appliances including a stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave and extras like blender, toaster, regular brewer coffee maker. No need to over pack; bedding, towels and beach towels are provided, and the laundry room houses a washer and dryer so you can stay caught up on the laundry. The house is fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, flatware and cutlery. On demand we offer grocery stocking if you like us to buy your basic pantry and fridge goodies before your arrival.
Beyond the dining and kitchen you can access the back deck through a sliding door with a relaxing seating area to enjoy the warm Florida weather overlooking the tropical landscaping, and the barbecue deck with large gas grill and a patio table that seats 6 for dining.
Down the main hallway on the left, there is a full modern bathroom with single sink vanity, toilet, spa shower and privacy window, and the 2nd room that has two twin beds, closet, a chair and two windows overlooking the backyard and side yard; on the right is the master bedroom that has a comfy king bed, a dresser, chair, two windows overlooking the side and front yard, and a 50” flat screen ultra-high definition TV.
The laundry room that is beyond the covered interior patio houses beach gear like an umbrella, 4 chairs, wheeler beach cart, and a cooler for guests to use, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer, and a half bathroom.

Make the short less than 2-minute walk to the beach, or explore the island riding bikesthat you can rent at Billy’s Bike Rentals.
Like a breakfast out or take out then rise and shine with a great coffee and donuts at just 1 mile from the house, or Lighthouse Café for delicious pancakes (at 2 miles) or when the cook needs the day or night off, dine on fresh seafood at the Sanibel Fish House (3 + minutes on foot) or go to Il Cielo (winner of best seafood and taste awards just 0.6 miles; or have a great time at Blue Coyote Supper Club (0.4 miles, 7 minute walk), or grab a quick bite at Sweet Melissa’s Café (1.1 miles distance), or have a waterfront american spot at The Mad Hatter (22 driving distance), and many other good restaurant for all tastes, just drinks, mexican, steakhouse, vegan, vegetarian just few minutes driving or walking.
Like shopping go to the many malls in Sanibel: The Village Shops (2.5 miles), Periwinkle Place (2 miles), Tahitian Gardens (1.7 miles), like shells Tuttle’s Sea Shell Shop (1.9 miles) and many more shopping stores
Full of beautiful wildlife and natural landscaping, the J.N. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge (5.2 miles) is a must-see when on Sanibel Island. This preserve is home to abundant wildlife, mostly species of birds that flock to the location from December through March. You could spend a whole day watching dancing Roseate Spoonbills in the shallow waters and alligators slither through the swampy parts. Rent bikes or kayaks and get up-close-and-personal with the animals.
