You will be provided a unique access code to the keypad three (3) days before your arrival.
You will have access to the entire side of the duplex including the garage.
We live locally and can be available via text or call. I can interact with you as little or as much as you need.
Friendly, beach town neighborhood that you're guaranteed to fall in love with! You'll likely see neighbors walking or biking to the beach to catch some waves.
Dogs: With pre-approval, we DO allow dogs with a $75 pet fee for each pet plus a $250 refundable cleaning/repair deposit. If the home and yard are found clean and no evidence of damages, a portion will be returned to the guest. The portion kept covers extra sanitation, if extra cleaning is needed, your refund will be affected. If any damages are found by your dog, the guest is responsible for any and all repairs.
If evidence of a dog(s) is found and no dogs were approved, a $500 fee will be collected.
Cats: Sorry, we are not accepting cats at this time. If the presents of a cat are found or reported, a $500 fee will be collected.

A rental agreement must be signed before access codes are sent.
If you happen to find damage when you arrive or if something is not working properly, please notify us as soon as possible. We promise to address the issue right away.
Tenants: The house is for use only by the contracted party and their reserved overnight guests. Events, parties, and additional persons are prohibited due to insurance, parking, and space limitations. Please do not invite other people to our home/beach. If additional persons or pets are on the property without the owner's prior approval, a $500 fee will apply and the reservation will be terminated immediately.
Smoking: No smoking indoors.
Parking: Do not park on the grass.
Spa: The Spa is to be used at your own risk. All children must be supervised at all times. Do not use the spa with the lid on, remove the lid completely before entering the spa.
Pets: With pre-approval, we DO allow dogs with a $300 pet deposit, if the home and yard are found clean and no evidence of damages, a portion will be returned to the guest. If damages or extra cleanings exceed $300, guest will be responsible for additional fees
*The Guest is responsible for any pet damages to the property and any extra out-of-the-ordinary cleaning. Please bring your own doggy bags to dispose of dog waste. If dog waste is found, none of the pet deposits will be returned.

All TV’s have Roku: please use your own digital subscription to sign in, be sure to sign out before check out.
Toilets:
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. This includes paper towels, personal hygiene products, diapers, pull-ups, etc. You may dispose of these items in the trash. The system is very sensitive and will back up if these items are flushed.
Cleaning:
Our home is professionally cleaned and laundered prior to every stay. As mentioned in the check-out notes, we would very much appreciate it if before leaving, you would start one full load of towels. Please do NOT wash bed linens and towels together, load, and start the dishwasher. This is a huge help in the cleaning process and allows arriving guests the possibility of an earlier check-in.
Heat/Air Conditioning:
During your visit, please try to stay environmentally aware with respect to energy consumption. Please do not set the temperature lower than 73 degrees and do not leave doors or windows open with the air conditioner or heat running as this will damage the AC. If leaving the house for a few hours, please adjust the thermostat accordingly and turn off all lights. Thank you!
Refrigerator:
The refrigerator and freezer should be in perfect working condition with temperatures set properly. Please do not adjust the temperature in an attempt to make the units colder as this could damage the unit.
Supplies:
All bed linens and bath/beach towels are supplied, as well as dishes, flatware, cooking equipment, iron, hairdryers, and a coffee maker. We provide dishwashing soap/sponge, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. Please do not use bath towels as beach towels. Beach towels are located in the closet, beach towels are in the closet. A full propane tank is provided for the grill, if you run out, there should be a spar located in the garage. If you utilize the spar, please let us know so we can get that refilled before the next guest.
Neighbors/Noise: Please respect the neighbors and local rules. Amplified sounds (music, singing, etc) must be turned off by 10 pm.
The rental was super clean, the master bed was extremely comfortable, and the attention to detail with the extra little things provided was excellent! This was a fantastic accommodation!

We loved this townhouse! The decor was beautiful, it was spacious enough for four people and the fenced yard was perfect for privacy and for our dog. The check in process was so easy and we were even able to get in early. Gina in the office was so lovely to deal with. She answered some questions I had and was so helpful!
The property is ideally situated across the street from the beach, with convenient access via a stoplight crosswalk. The hosts have thoughtfully provided a wagon, umbrellas, chairs, and toys for beach enjoyment, making our beach trips effortless and fun. The beds were incredibly comfortable, satisfying even our picky family members. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the generous provision of cleaning supplies was appreciated. The absence of carpeting is a smart choice for a pet-friendly beach house, and the furniture was comfortable. An added bonus was the ability to charge our Tesla using the 120v outlet in the garage. This convenient feature made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were nothing short of fabulous. Their quick responses and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart. They were accommodating enough to allow us to extend our stay by a night with just a quick text. We can't help but wish these hosts operated properties in all our favorite destinations! Our stay was absolutely delightful, and we are already looking forward to returning. From the thoughtful amenities to the exceptional host interaction, everything about this property contributed to a memorable and comfortable vacation. We highly recommend it to others, especially those traveling with pets or electric vehicles. We will be staying again!
The unit was very nice and adaptable for our family gathering with people coming and going for different nights during our stay. The host was very easy to communicate with and even bought a new electric hand mixer when I asked if that was part of the kitchen equipment!!! We could have used some boxes of tissues, but we bought some and donated them.
Love how close it was to the beach and the park! We really enjoyed our stay... The home is beautiful and thoughtfully put together. The pictures were all accurate and helped us know what to expect. The checkin was automated and super easy, we will be back! Thank you for everything
This home was perfect for our family, the beds were very comfortable, everything was nice and clean, and the hot tub was a magical perk. The hosts provided everything we needed from check-in to check-out and more. The best part was the location, we walked to the beach right across the street. We will definitely be back again!
I could write a small book describing my 33 night stay, the issues I encountered and the way things were handled. The bottom line: they were not ready for a long term rental. For me this meant hanging around 7-8 of those days to deal with problems that should have been addressed. Both showers needed service. The refrigerator broke down twice. The AC stopped working. There were no instructions how to use anything. They had no idea how to properly balance the hot tub. There was furniture, rugs, pillows, etc. that were so shabby, it looked like they were picked up off the street. There was a shortage of dishes, etc, etc., etc., but the biggest concern was cleanliness. It seems like the place has not been deep cleaned in a very long time. We had company and were embarrassed by all of this. Meanwhile, the owner was made aware of our displeasure and promised he was going to get back to me about these inconveniences and costs to us. Instead he ignored us. Instead of having the house in proper order, they put the responsibility on the renter to point out problems. Only then, do they respond. As an example, two of smoke alarms were chirping in the middle of the night, which we disconnected. Fortunately, they were not the unreachable ceiling ones. They did come after notification, but instead of taking responsibility they should have been checked, I was reprimanded for not calling sooner. And when they did come, they didn’t have the right batteries. So as with previous repairs, I had to wait around while they went to the store. And in the end, only the alarms that were bad were changed. So some unfortunate renter will have alarms chirping during their stay. This is one example of: do what you have to, but nothing more. When the AC quit, I was accused of having left the windows open. It turned out to be a bad fan, but no apology was given about misplaced blame. This is a worn 3 star house. It does have a 4 star location, but gets 2 stars for condition and 1 star for attitude and respect for the property by ownership. They give a lot of lip service, but what appears to matter most to ownership is a making money. If you are looking for a crash pad, close to the beach, this is for you. If you are looking for a clean quality rental worth the money they are charging, you might want to look elsewhere. This is consistent to what the owner told me, “you have to pay more for quality”. Our advice, check the fine print, and buyer beware!
