During the warm summer days you can relax on the deck while enjoying the serenity of the West Shore. The lake is a block away walking along the bike trail to our private HOA beach. Guests are able to reserve our family buoy (for additional fee) for your water toys (boat launch at Obexter’s).
Homewood Ski Resort is a short block away. We love to Ski home for lunch. The Hot Tub is always ready. The driveway is plowed in winter and provides parking for up to 4 cars.

This two-story home sleeps 8 adults between four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. 2 bedrooms and 1 hall bath on main level, 2 bedrooms and 1 hall bath on 2nd level:
*Bedroom 1: 1 King
*Bedroom 2: 1 Queen
*Bedroom 3: 1 Queen + 2 twins
*Bedroom 4: 1 Full
Extra perks include WiFi, Washer/Dryer and Jacuzzi.
Parking for 4 vehicles is available in driveway (long driveway plowed in winter).
In winter, an all-wheel-drive vehicle may be necessary.
Street parking is not permitted.

-Please ensure the bear box is secured when putting trash inside.
-NEVER leave trash outside the bear box.
-You should not use neighbors' bear box.

Should there be a conflict between the VrboTerms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times.
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
-The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.
-Absolutely no parties or loud music.
-This is a NON-SMOKING property.
-This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!
PET POLICY:
-One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.
-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.
-Pet fee is required and non refundable
-Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.
-Please do not let your dog go in the pool to avoid additional charges.
-If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
PET ETIQUETTE:
-Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
-Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
-Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
-Keep them on leash while outside the home.
-Always pick up after your dog.
-Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.
Guests are responsible for any fines/citations/penalties received by host or owner if caused intentionally or negligently by guest or guests of guest. - Must climb stairs — Lots of stairs inside and outside the home. Full flight of stairs to reach front door. Two-story home.
- Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
- Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock — Hot tub available
- Nearby lake, river, other body of water — 0.25 miles to the beach
- Heights without rails or protection — Open flight of stairs to second floor with railing on one side only.
- May encounter potentially dangerous animal — Wild life may be seen (bears, coyotes, e.g.)
