Park City Park Retreat is situated across from City Park and walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort and Historic Main Street. Step onto the free bus from the nearby bus stop and go just about everywhere throughout the area including Canyons Village, Deer Valley and Kimball Junction. This property is a great location in the summer as well as there are numerous events and summer concerts at City Park.

This charming Park City Park Retreat home has been completely remodeled and offers 1,693 square feet of living space, three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to seven people.

Enter the property through the front door or garage and into the main level great room, holding the living room, dining area and kitchen.

Living Room: Spacious room with a Roku smart TV, gas fireplace, and plenty of natural light.

Kitchen: This chef's kitchen is fully equipped and provides stainless steel appliances, including an electric induction range and stone countertops. Additionally, it features a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system for drinking water.

Dining Room: Dining area with seating for 6-8 people.

    This property is in an INCREDIBLE location for access to City Park, Main Street, Most Park City Sundance Venues and PCMR. It is beautifully upgraded and also - totally quirky. The fridge is two awkwardly shaped drawers, the only freezer is in the garage, the second bed in the 3rd bedroom is a trundle that barely fits in the room, there is almost nowhere to hang a towel in any bathroom and the microwave appears to be an afterthought. All of this is fine for a long weekend with friends - but tough if you plan to do a lot of cooking with a big group and/or stay awhile.

    Overall the location was great. House was good. A few things we had issues with. The code to get us into the house was not working and I had to call to get another code. There were only two towels in the house for six and it took mid-day the day after we arrived to get more towels. The fan in the master bedroom needs to be balanced as if you put the fan on anything other than high it made a noise. The hot water did not accommodate six people so half of us were taking cold showers. The bathroom window in the guest bathroom upstairs did not have a blind so we had to try to hang up a towel so that no one could see inside. Other than that the house was great!

    We had a great experience at your beautiful home. It is in a great location with easy walking distance to town and a bus stop right outside to ski Deer Valley. It was comfortable and clean with room for our family of 7 to hang out in the living room.

    Nice two level house with 2 car garage parking. Driveway shared, but was not a problem. Gas (switched) fireplace was nice and good cable TV. Location about 3-4 blocks from downtown Park City, so very walkable. Hot tub was spotless! New appliances that worked great. Master is beautiful. Second main room a little tight; third room has 2 bunk beds. Thermostat on lower level, so upstairs gets a little hot when the heat is on. Great lighting in the rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Recommend it!

    This property was clean and modern. Clearly a recent renovation that hits every mark of homey, durable, clean, inviting. Great high-end appliances. There were a couple of minor bugs - the drawer that hits the oven when you pull it out lol and the lighting in the master bathroom- needs a couple more wall fixtures over the tub. Those are super minor comments -- overall a great property. The hot tub was super well maintained and heated and ready when we showed up. The property manager leaves pool towels just for the hot tub. Snow removal in the driveway and on the patio was timely and thorough. Overall a conscientiously maintained property. In addition a *great* location walkable within a few minutes to the Park City mountain base and to Park City village / main street. You couldn't make a better choice for a place to stay in park city.

    The pictures online gave us the impression the house had a little more privacy and was a little bigger than the reality. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The master was huge and very comfortable. The neighbors are very close and the house is directly across from the city skate park but we didn’t have any issues with noise. Quiet hours were well observed. The patio and hot tub were awesome, but there were only a few chairs that are really dirty. We had to clean them off and sweep the patio to really enjoy it. We had five adults in total and the space worked well. Location is great. Only a quick walk to main street or a city bus picked up right across the street. We had a great weekend
