Located on quiet Baynard Park Road, across from the Heritage PGA 13th and 14th holes.
Great location for those that enjoy nature and watching a lovely variety of birds that often visit our lawn.
This is a beautifully renovated and comfortably furnished, 3000 plus square foot home. The Italian tiled Great Room has a wall of glass with a clear view over the large lawn, down to the lagoon & egret island. It enables anyone inthe kitchen area to be part of the group. The Weber gas grill is located just outside on the patio, close to the kitchen. The dining area inside seats 8, plus 4 bar stools around the counter. On the patio, there are two dining areas. The four generously sized bedrooms, are located to offer privacy for each, and each enjoy their own bathroom.
This home is designed to provide comfortable and easy vacation living with the several delightful outdoor sitting areas, two are fenced with gates. Sit on the terrace overlooking a lagoon and Egret Island, where in spring and early summer nesting egrets cover this island. Swim or relax around the private courtyard pool. Two bedrooms open into this area and there is a special area for doggy convenience. The entryway courtyard with small garden has table & chairs for quiet times and shade.
The Master Bedroom has 12 feet of French doors leading into the courtyard pool area. A second bedroom also opens up into this area.
Great Room consists of:
An open kitchen area, with granite countertops and counter seating for 4.
Dining room table seats 8.
Living area has a sofa and arm chairs grouping surrounding the large flat screen TV.
Wifi.
Games table for cards, backgammon or chess.
4 bedrooms, each with flat screen TVs & each bedroom has their own sitting area outside of their glass doors.
In 3 bedrooms there are king sized beds,
4th bedroom has a 1 full bed, 1 twin bed and a twin sized sofa bed with comfortable foam mattress.
3 bedrooms have bathrooms with showers en suite.
4th bedroom has bathroom immediately across the hall with tub/shower.
2 bedrooms overlook the lagoon, the other two have direct access to the pool.
Pool can be heated in spring and fall, a half bathroom is adjacent to pool area with a supply of towels for pool use. There are chaise lounges and poolside chairs to relax in & soak up the sun, when not swimming. For doggy guests the enclosed courtyard offers them safety and freedom making it very convenient for their owners and allowing them to share time together.
Laundry room includes front load washer, top load washer and two dryers.
Weber gas barbecue grill outside of kitchen overlooking the lagoon, two outside dining tables.
While we are pet friendly, dogs only, there is no limit to size, however dogs must be one year or older. We do charge a pet fee of $225.00 for each dog, limit of 2 dogs unless by special agreement with us, the owners.
Our guests satisfaction is of upmost importance to us.
We manage our homes personally, working directly with our guests to ensure their stay in our home is a comfortable and enjoyable one. We are available to them twenty for hours a day.

For those who like to bike ride, we have arrangements with Riding Tigers Bike Rentals to obtain discounted pricing on bike rentals for our guests. Simply call them and ask for the discount. They offer free delivery and pickup also.
Their number will be shown on our Welcome Letter we send to our guests.
We do require our Lease Agreement, found on the rental booking page, to be completed and returned to us. In turn we furnish each renter with a copy. We send informative Welcome Letters and closer to arrival a descriptive letter regarding the house, and our pet policy while your furry companion is visiting with you. Also a Sea Pines Community Letter.

    This place was perfect for our family of seven. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the fact that it was one story was really helpful when traveling with my elderly mother who finds stairs difficult. The backyard was beautiful with a great grassy area overlooking the lagoon. Everything was clean and kitchen was well equipped with an additional drink fridge in the laundry room. Just a Just a short ride to the beach and area, restaurants, etc. Owners were very responsive to all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

    We had a lovely time! The house was spacious and laid out very well, plus each room had its own bathroom which was great. The pool was perfect size. The view out back was awesome with the occasional gator swimming by :)

    The house was just as described. We usually stay closer to the beach, but found the location by the egret pond a joy to watch all the birds (and alligator) come and go. Carol was a dream to book with. Communication was great throughout. I thoroughly recommend.

    We (6 of us: 2 adults, 2 seniors, 2 young teens, and 2 small fogs) come to Sea Pines every year, but we've never found a house that was this comfortable - it's big, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, tons of counter space, lots of places to sit, AND convenient to the beach, AND quiet, AND private, AND it has the most lovely backyard where you can see all sorts of wildlife: so many deer (and fawns!) and egrets, and anhingas, and even a small gator. So relaxing. Its perfect. And, Carol is terrific to work with. I can't say enough good things. We'll be back.

    This is a wonderful house! It was perfect for my elderly parents because there are no steps whatsoever. It is very spacious and well equipped in the kitchen. Having the pool is a welcome bonus! The neighborhood is beautiful and the location is convenient to Harbor town or the beach. The host was very easy to communicate with and we would definitely rent here again.

    First off, we love HHI but furthermore we love the area of Sea Pines. This year we opted for a two-week vacation and when we found Carol’s property we booked right away. The ability to stay two weeks in our favorite place with our dogs is always wonderful but the private Pool made it even better!!

    Stayed a week and had a great time. The bike trails are a dream. The area has lots wonderful birding and nearby nature preserves. Don't miss the Coastal Discovery Museum for one of the best butterfly gardens that I've seen. Everyone loved the house (exceptionally well-supplied with kitchenware). At dusk, we enjoyed going down the street to the golf course to watch bats and hear the Great Horned Owl and one evening we saw a group of deer down there (mid-August).

    A wonderful location and great layout of rooms with privacy for all. Loved all the bathrooms. Pool was perfect for late afternoon kid activity after a day at the beach while parents alternated showering and meal prep. Bonus was the Rookery which we all enjoyed viewing every night. We would definitely rent again.

    Our family has been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for more than 35 consecutive years. We especially like staying in Sea Pines Plantation. Over all the years we have never stayed in a home that was a better fit for our family. Simply stated it was a world class experience. Looking forward to our next stay.
