Walk to OU Stadium - 3BR/2BA with Patio & Parking

It was a great property with easy access to everything nearby. It fit our needs perfectly and the property managers were great and communicative.

Great house for a weekend getaway in Norman. Perfect location if going to a football game or just visiting your kids at OU.

Cute little house in a beautiful neighborhood that was spotless, functional and convenient to pretty much everything with off street parking. Bathrooms nicely updated and well lit. I will note that there is a barn door closing off the master bath from the master bedroom so unfortunately master bath privacy was visual only. Light and sound and smells traveled right around the door. Both baths had ample fluffy towels and makeup removing cloths and shampoo/conditioner/body wash which was convenient. The hand soap provided smelled so good I wish I knew what kind it was so I could buy it myself. Beds were very comfortable. Wish there were taller bedside lights to allow for reading in bed. The nightstands and lights were low and tiny. Kitchen was small and functional. Appliances were in great shape. I do wish there had been ceramic plates/bowls and glass cups. The dishes supplied were the plastic kind like my daughter uses in the dorms. Absolutely functional but not the just-like-home experience I've enjoyed at other VRBOs. There were ceramic mugs and actual wine glasses though so that is a plus. A super thoughtful touch was supplying coffee/tea/sweeteners/creamers. That was so convenient! Very much enjoyed the back patio with towering trees and happy birds chirping. Living room sort of gave dr. office vibes, functional but not really cozy. Overall a great little weekend retreat!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Norman, OK. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a day out in town or on campus.The hosts were truly exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Their attention to detail made all the difference. Loved the little touches throughout the home which made us feel right at home. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.The location was ideal as well very quiet, safe, and just a short drive from OU, restaurants, and everything else we needed.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely book again the next time we’re in Norman. Highly recommend this home and these fantastic hosts

We had a great time- the home has a great patio and backyard where we played with the football and hung out. It was an easy walk to the stadium and campus as well!

Nice, simple setup with all the basic things you would need for a stay away from home. One of the nights had issues with shower not draining very well and the owner came over the next morning and had the issue fixed! Great host and super cute little house!

Perfect place to stay for a family visit to the University and apartment hunt for my son. Very clean, comfortable and convenient to everything, and nice little extras that you may not think of like makeup removers, laundry detergent and softener. Adam was communicative and wonderful to deal with. We’d happily stay here again.

It’s very family friendly. A nice property, very well furnished. Beds were very comfortable, linens lovely. Nice kitchen that is well stocked with china, glasses, pots.One suggestion to the property manager, add East to the property address on the VRBO original hit on the site.Another suggestion would be to add a few more hooks on the blank wall on en-suite bathroom.

My daughter and I traveled to Norman to visit her brother/my son who is a freshman at OU. I travel 2 weeks a month and the memory foam beds at this house were very comfortable.It was nice to have a space where we could make breakfast and hang out together. The bathrooms had great lighting, water pressure in showers was excellent. I wish the weather had cooperated so we could have enjoyed the nicely lit back deck. We will definitely try and stay here again when visiting Norman.

Super easy and clean! Perfect for our family visit. Everyone commented on how clean and nice it smelled. 10/10 from our kids.

Adam was quick to respond & very helpful. Check in and out was seamless. The house is very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, kitchen well appointed, plenty of towels and we enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the mornings and evenings. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Beds were very comfortable, appliances were new and efficient, back yard was well fenced and roomy.

Everything was perfect. The only really small complaint was the pillows on the beds. Very flat and thin. But very nice remodel on house and very affordable.

This property is in an amazing location for walking to the campus and stadium! We didn’t go to the Mont this visit, but it’s also just a short walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There’s a nice deck out back to have coffee in the AM or a glass of wine in the evening under the string lights.

This home was super cute and clean. Very close to the OU campus. Amazing backyard for our dog to explore and a nice deck for cooking out and relaxing. Highly recommend. The host was also very attentive and easy to contact. Definitely a gem in the heart of Norman!

We came into Norman for a wedding and the house was perfect for our mixed bunch! We were so close to the church and reception. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck in the morning! The yard was a great size for our bulldog! All the rooms were clean and had very comfy beds. Highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Nice home. Backyard was a great place to spend time outside. Host was easy to work with and pleasant. Would definitely book another stay here and recommend to others.

Very cute house with lots of beautiful shade trees in back with a deck. I would defiantly add some corn hole boards to play and utilize the backyard area with all its shade. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with full washer dryer and very convenient to OU on Brooks street. So on a game day you could walk to the stadium. I had an issue with the tv, probably a button I pushed wrong, lol, and although I fixed it, I responded to the Host and they responded back. Definitely recommend this place!
