Good location. Close to Music Row and short drive to Broadway. Property was clean, nice areas to sit outside and relax. I would recommend it to anyone coming to Nashville.

Great place for families with pups. Fenced in property helped put me at ease having the dogs with us. My son loved the yard and all the different sitting areas; as did my 20 year old daughter and her best friend. We stayed during a heatwave and ended up spending more time in the house than we'd planned. The washer and dryer came in clutch as we changed clothes more than anticipated and there was an array of teas and coffees for guests that was a warm touch. My favorite part was getting up by myself, making coffee and sitting out at the table by the back door around 5am listening to the quiet and nature. Ric and Annette have a lovely home. We were grateful for our time spent there.

The house was great! Loads of extras - kitchen very well stocked! House is in a cute neighborhood close to the downtown area - it was comfortable! AC worked well! Furniture was comfortable! ** my only minor complaint would be the dishwasher didn’t work and there was a crew remodeling the house next door - but even those small complaints didn’t take away from us enjoying our stay**

Great location! Close to downtown. We Uber to Music City Center daily for CMA FEST. This is a smaller house and beds are small. Other than that it was perfect. House had everything we needed with extras.

This home is only couple of blocks from Studio B on Music Row. During our 5 day stay we ran and walked but in the area numerous times. (Only a 12-15 min drive to Broadway.) Property is a little older but very clean and well equipped. We would stay here again.

The property was very nice and clean, it was close walkable to the Gulch and Broadway, the owners responded quickly with our questions. The outside space was WONDERFUL and I wish we would have been able to utilize it more, but Mother Nature had other ideas.

Easy check in. Very clean. Well stocked with coffees and creamer! Very close to all of the things we wanted to see and a nice yard for our dog. Host offered early check in although we didn't need it which was nice.

We came into town for a girls trip to see a show at the Opry. The location was fantastic. A short walk to the gulch and to a of options for food, drinks and shopping. A quick scooter ride or Uber to Broadway as well. The house itself was so perfect! Lots of outdoor seating areas that were so cute and the hosts thought of literally everything we could possibly need for our stay. Bonus for the coffee AND little creamers which we were so thankful for in the morning after a late flight into town. We will definitely consider staying again when we come back!

This place was in a great, safe area accessible to everywhere by quick uber ride. Clean, spacious. Property manager quick response even at night. Chose this property as they have a 2 car driveway and you dont have to park on the street. Perfect. Would book again without hesitation.

House was very clean and in a great location. Loved the fenced in yard, it worked great for our dogs. Will definitely stay again.

This house was a great place! Location was super- only 10 minutes from anywhere we went. House had plenty of seating, and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen. We were impressed with “extras” of many of the supplies that they provided. Great place for pets, too. Would definitely rent again.

Excellent stay

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean and beautiful home. Great communication from Annette and the house had everything we needed. The backyard with fire pit is cozy and inviting. House is in a quiet neighborhood and within walking to distance to shops and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Quiet neighbor with a beautiful, relaxing yard! The house was clean and had all amenities . A short, easy 1.5ish mile walk to broadway and close to Vanderbilt and other sites! Overall great place to stay!

This beautiful, squeaky clean home and fenced-in yard was perfect for us and our woofers. The location is very close to everything Nashville. Thank you for a wonderful place to hang out on our trip. We would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect location for our extended family to stay for Vanderbilt's graduation. The kitchen was big and having two living rooms was so convenient. All beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice. We weren't able to use the outdoor space because of the cicadas but it looked nice.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Nashville. Beds were comfy and the rooms well suited for our family with 2 adult children. All the amenities were as expected and the space worked well to relax, eat and visit before going downtown. The location was very convenient and we appreciated the notes the host provided. We hope to make it back again in the future! Highly recommend!
