Stayed Jul 1, 2025Our family enjoys coming to Mount Dora, every Fourth of July to take in the fireworks show and the small town parade. This house was a perfect fit for us this year. The location is great. The town is walkable and the area is safe for evening walks. Our teens found the beds to be super comfortable and we all enjoyed the living room furniture as the couches were comfy as well. This house provides a nice backyard ambience and the neighborhood is super quiet. The owner is amazing to work with, as they are responsive to communication and inquiries. Highly recommend this home!

Stayed Apr 27, 2025Sisters get together for a week. We choose Mt Dora where we enjoyed the many opportunities to local restaurants, actives other than the Theme Parks, that are available for the adventurous. Our stay was relaxing and would highly recommend this VRBO as a great family retreat.

Stayed Nov 13, 2024The house is beautiful and just as advertised. It is also well stocked. The communication with the owner was easy and he provided quick responses. My only complain is that it could use a good cleaning. We had to give the bathrooms a good cleaning before using.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024We absolutely loved the house. They have done a great job with remodeling and updating things. Everything we needed worked well. There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Frank was easy to get in touch with and helpful with local recommendations. If we ever come back we will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House clean, neat etc. Super Bathroom Towels.We are 91 years husband and 88 years wife. Front steps too high and notaccessible for us. Many steps throughout house. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THE ELDERY.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It is a nice spacious home located in historic area of Mt Dora. We had a great time and hope to stay again some time. Very close to restaurants and parks.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024We enjoyed antique shopping and dining in and around Mt. Dora. Our pontoon boat ride through the Dora Canal was beautiful. For something fun and different our group of ladies visited nearby Casadaga to have psychic readings with a couple of Mediums. It was interesting! We will be back!

Stayed May 24, 2024Our family celebrated a 60TH birthday, a 32nd anniversary, and a high school graduation from this VRBO!!! We were constantly on the move, but all looked forward to getting back to the cottage for good family time together. The place was perfect in every way.
