House is very nice and comfortable and has all the amenities you could ask for. The Owner Dave was helpful and very responsive. I would stay here again as we visit every year!

Stayed Feb 23, 2023This is a truly beautiful house and perfect for a weekend (or longer) ski trip. We stayed with several friends, the house has plenty of space, beautiful rooms and fixtures, a great kitchen for cooking big meals, and it’s just a few short blocks to the town lift in the middle of Park City. We hope to come back next year. It was great!

Stayed Mar 27, 2022We were a group of two families with children ages 5-10 and the house was perfect for our spring break ski trip. It is centrally located just a few minutes walk from downtown Park City and a 5 minute drive to Deer Valley Resort. The house is as pictured and had little touches that make your stay that much more comfortable — ample kitchen supplies and spices for cooking, Kiehl’s products and lotion in the bathrooms, humidifiers, laundry detergent, boot/glove warmer, beach towels, the list goes on and on. The owner was extremely communicative and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to even the most discerning renter. Simply superlative and we look forward to staying there again in the future.
