Walk to Main St, Hot Tub, Pool, Fire pit!

We had a great time. The house, etc were great. The host was very attentive and responsive. This is a must stay place if you go to Fredricksburg.

Beautiful house and the backyard is amazing. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning and again in the evening. The house had everything we could possibly need. We want to come stay again in the summer so we can use the beautiful pool!

The home of as very clean and had plenty of space and seating. A bathroom in each bedroom was as a definite plus. Pool floaties were available. Pool was clean and was nice sized with a deeper end, about 7 feet with corner in pool shelves. Pool is at the bottom of a slope which was not a problem for us. Above ground hot tub is beside the back deck, was clean, and stayed hot. Towels provided and both were private. Enjoyed our stay very much.

what a great place for a girls trip. 3 bed 3 bath everyone had there own bathroom.... the pool and yard is fantastic. walkable to main street but yet you feel like your in the country

Check in was easy.

The house was fantastic! Very clean. Honestly the first rental that didn't give me the ICK. Super comfy, Great location. Just as described on the site. The pool was super clean. Patio furniture was clean and not full of cobwebs. Nothing but good!

The stay was Great. Was no hot water in the master bath.We love the set up of everything.

Everything was perfect for a short girls getaway! The rain even held off until we had to leave so we could enjoy the pool and hot tub.

The house is beautiful and has a charming Texas feel. Beds were comfy and the amenities were exactly as described. We really enjoyed the patio and pool! Everything was clean and there was great communication from the host.

...spend some money to replace those beds in the front room. Twin beds are fine, but those were ridiculously uncomfortable. Beds in other rooms were A-1. Also, how about (at least) some salt & pepper shakers?

Excellent location. Short walk to Main Street and local attractions. Very comfortable house with lots of seating and dining space. The pool and other amenities were as advertised. All three couples who stayed here were very pleased with the house and grounds. All said they would stay here again.

The property was exactly as described and very cozy. Huge yard with lots privacy and an easy walk to downtown. We loved it!

The property was plenty big with great amenities and a gorgeous back yard.

We stayed a few nights when visiting with family. It was the perfect oasis with so much room and beauty. The house alone is amazing with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The back yard and pool area was very relaxing and clean. Do bring swimmers for younger kids because it is a very deep pool.

The house and property was just as indicated on the listing. The hot tub worked great! The location worked very well. The house was cute and decorated for the holidays. We all had a great time and would stay there again.

We enjoyed the property…the backyard, deck, hot tub and house was perfect for our group of friends. Each bedroom has its private bathroom which was wonderful. One recommendation is the king bed needs a new mattress. It sinks in the middle but everything else was great!

This house was perfect for our crew! So close to main street for all the stuffs and the house and property were absolutely wonderful. Huge shaded yard, beautiful deck, pool and hot tub were what made this stay most amazing for us. The house was amazing too. It had been refinished beautifully and was spotless. We loved our stay here!

Great place to stay. Clean pool! Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work neither did the TV in the master bedroom. Management was responsive, and maintenance was prompt to visit, but neither problem was resolved during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Close to restaurants, shops and bars. The pool was fabulous. Comfy beds, and each room had an en-suite.
