Wonderful place to stay. Close to town, clean, excellent!!

The house was perfect for the 3 of us. Bottle of wine left for us was a very nice touch! The house was so nice that I wish we had been able to spend more time there, but we were so busy!

The house is wonderful! It is in a great location where you can walk to downtown Boerne. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 1-2 bathrooms. The extra half bathroom is a real bonus. The host allows dogs and has a fenced in yard. This is the second time we have stayed there and will definitely stay there in the future.

Great location - we easily were able to walk to Main Street for shopping and restaurants. We had 5 adults and it was perfect. The jack-n-jill bath had a door for the toilet area. Be on the lookout for deer.

came in town for a wedding and found this little jewel of a house. It is very spacious and comfortable. we wish we would’ve had more time to stay longer. The house was clean and the small touches like the filtered water and bottle of wine for guests was a real treat. We definitely plan to return. We ate at the Sunny all day brunch just down the street which was also a real treat. We highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

The house is very comfortable, well equipped, and very dog friendly. It has a fenced yard. It has 2 1/2 bathrooms. The half bath is a real bonus. The sheets and towels are very nice. It is a great location within walking distance to downtown Boerne. We will stay there again!

Great property, plenty of space!

We were so happy to have this home to stay in while we visited family. A lot of thoughtful planning has been done by the owners to make one's stay pleasant. 3 bath, 3 bedrooms makes it easy to accommodate all sizes of groups. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to prepare meals. The one request we had was taken care of immediately. We very much liked the location, and while close to Main Street, it was a nice, quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed this property very much! Everything was clean and tidy, and very well kept! And the host was super responsive!

What an incredibly charming, clean and comfortable home. The neighbor is lovely and best of all, quiet. We have to make several trips to the area this year, and this house will be our first choice, hands down.

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway! We walked everywhere as the location is perfectly centralized. The house itself was very quiet, clean, and well appointed.

We met some friends in town for a very busy weekend. It was very nice to come in tired and feel relaxed and at home in such a clean and comfortable environment

We had a wonderful time in the home we rented from Larry. Our son and daughter in law have a new baby and live in Boerne. Two other family members flew in. We had pizza from Inferno, opened Christmas gifts and had fun in the garage which is now a closed in room. My son loved the fence outside. It was a quick trip but filled with fabulous memories.
