    We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge … Decent location with bus stop right outside complex. You can walk to town, but didn’t feel like it was very walkable in your ski boots and all your gear.

    We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the house. It was the perfect size for our family and so close to town. It was relaxing on the back patio and a very quiet neighborhood. The park and creek across the street was a great place to go read and work during the day. Thank you for opening your home to us. We will be back next summer!

    We had my family and my sister's family meet here for a ski trip of a lifetime and this was a perfect rental for us. Very comfortable, good location, and had everything we needed. Some of the previous reviews say that some of the furniture needs to be upgraded and it now has been making it a very nice experience. It was nice to have a garage to keep our ski gear in and we cooked all our meals in the well equipped kitchen. We had fantastic snow and loved Breckenridge.

    The location of this property is definitely the best thing about it. Other than that, the property itself is very tired looking with dirty stained carpets. The 'bunk room' is just a closet with 2 teeny bunks in. We had to buy dishwasher tabs as there were non there, which I really don't feel like I should have to. Owners really cheaped out with single ply TP which is seriously worse than you would find in any public restroom - for real guys, spend a couple extra bucks. King bed in the master was super uncomfortable, but that could just be a personal preference I guess. As I say, location is great. Check-in process and everything, also totally fine and easy. Place is crying out for an update.

    We stayed in this property for a week during the summer. It has an excellent location for the bus stop and Main Street. It has some minor things that need repair, including the living room fan (on a hot day you would definitely need this). We got lucky with cool weather. The space was excellent and the bathrooms were clean. The carpet needs replacing and the couch needs to be cleaned. The kitchen has everything you would need and appliances are excellent. Your contact person is just in charge of housekeeping, so they aren’t able to help with many maintenance issues. All in all, I would recommend this rental.

    Our stay was amazing. I could not have found a more beautiful home. 3 stories, three full bedrooms plus 2 bunk beds. The property was beautiful and right in the heart of town.

    We wanted to get away for a bit for 27th anniversary. Hubby, myself and our five kids ranging in ages of 12 to 25. The area was nice (we’ve stayed in breck a lot for work & pleasure and in this area a lot) and out of everyone’s control unfortunately there was roadwork being done right in front of the property. Not very relaxing. There were some hiccups on some things but the owner worked hard to make it right. We had to buy a coffee pot as theirs didn’t work (looked like someone had broke the pot & replaced it but not with the right one). The owner offered to reimburse us for it but I could not ask that as we have it and I felt that wasn’t fair for him. We contacted the cleaning company who is your direct contact and never heard from them. A few things to mention (no locks on master bedroom & bath) my kids know they must knock but not everyone does that. Also king beds are super super firm. Not that that’s a minus for many but too firm for us. All in all it was a nice time and big enough for our large family.

    This space was perfect for our trip. Short walk to Peak 9, the shuttle to main street stops right our front. Zero complaints whatsoever.
