To keep our homes and communities in excellent condition, the following expectations are firmly enforced:

Stay within posted occupancy limits which includes day visitors
Maintain respectful noise levels, quiet hours are 10p-8a
No outdoor speakers or amplified music
No unauthorized gatherings or events
No pets
No fireworks
No indoor smoking including vaping($600 violation)
Guests may bring a total of up to 4 vehicles. No overnight street parking is allowed at any time.
