this was such an amazing deal i got last minute couldnt be happier with the place and communication with the host. any question i had was responded to quickly. everything is close by and easy to get stuff in and out of place because parking was close and not on the street. the whole place felt private yet safe with neighbors still close 5 out of 5 star would rent again for sure downtown 2 blocks away with beach across the street cant get any better location

Nice little cottage with plenty of room. Lots of amenities. Adjacent to many activities. Sofa bed was in poor condition and the washer/dryer was not working. Floors could have been cleaner. Beds we’re comfortable. Overall, I would stay here again.

The entire house had spiders and they weren’t small I had a two yr old with me who we sprayed with off to go in! Daughter and I both covered (5-8 each) bites! Tried to contact someone got nothing Also washer was broken no warning water everywhere cleaned the floor with every towel since we set the washer and left then had to tak ur towels to the laundry and pay since we still couldn’t contact no one been home since Thursday with a promise to call and nothing yet!

The houses were great. I ended up stay8ng at 2 locations which was the Candy Shoppe Loft and East End G and everything was great. Communication with the host was easy and each house had everything needed to a nice stay. The only complaint which has nothing to do with the house, while staying at East End G my car was backed into and has some damage. It happened while I was gone unfortunately.

Stayed here two weeks ago for a winter weekend and loved it so much, came back for New Years. Comfortable space that makes you feel like you’re at home.

Enjoyed this location for a short visit to wine country. Cute place at the end of the strip.

Huge house in a great location!

Was just perfect for two nights of going out with family and friends for the holidays! Very comfortable and homey. Great touch being decorated for Christmas too!

The house was clean & had everything we needed for a long weekend!

Place was wonderful,,clean,,only thing that was a small drawback..washing machine and dryer was out of order,,had to bring dirty laundry back home,,but everything else..was wonderful

Host was easy to work with and promptly got back to us. House was clean and well kept up. Hot water was extremely hot so I had to fiddle around to figure out how to get it to a normal temperature. Just FYI – there is no hairdryer or ironing board.

House was very neat and tidy could have used a couple of end tables and another chair or couch. Also beds in the upstairs were not on the proper bedframe and when you sat on the end, the mattress almost flipped up dishes were not unloaded out of dishwasher when we arrived, but overall, it was a good stay would stay there again

Nice comfortable place.

Very nice cottage on the main street away from most of the hustle and bustle. Towels and linens very nice, comfy bed. Well stocked kitchen. I would put one small hair dryer in the bathroom.

Very nice property. The house was nicely updated with modern decor. Will definately stay again. Matt was an excellent host, very quick responding to all of my questions. This was my first vrbo experience and it was a very easy process.

The house was clean and great for 1 night! The host was timely in answering my questions. I only have one complaint- the pullout couch was VERY uncomfortable, so I would say this house sleeps 6, not 8. I felt every spring. I couldn't sleep on my side because the springs actually hurt my ribs. If you need to sleep 8 people, this place is not for you! But it sleeps 6 comfortably!

Everything was great, nice n clean and very well equipped with all kitchen needs. All bedrooms were of nice size and very comfortable with the window A/C units and bathroom had enough hot water for 5 showers in a row. A complete enjoyable stay.

Negatives:Water pressure in shower is weak.Floors were very dirty, our feet were black from the floors within minutes of arriving.The one mattress upstairs has a huge dip in the center, so you roll to the middle with whomever you are sleeping next to.Positives:In walking distance from the strip.Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were nice.Fire pit was great and firewood was provided.Bathroom was nice and linens were provided.

I loved this house and location so much! The park is right across the street so I could easily walk my dog. House is clean and spacious. The front porch is amazing. Huge kitchen table, large bathroom. Everything looks just like the photos. You won’t be disappointed!

Went to some of the wineries an distillery’s over the weekend cabin worked out perfectly

It was a perfect place for our group of 6! Not a bad walk to the shops/bars, unless it is raining (speaking from experience lol). Very clean and easy to access. The area around it was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Overall it was wonderful. The only complaint is the floor cracked when stepped on in the kitchen at the vent. The floor is extremely soft there.

The house was a great location at the end of the strip. We did not use our car once. Everything is in walking distance. Kids had fun in the upstairs room and the bathroom was big and updated. Would definitely recommend :)

House was nice...slight glitch with door locks checking in. Support from owner was great. Only downside is living room furniture is definitely not comfortable. Thanks for enjotable weekend.

Enjoyed the house and the lake

We were in town for a dance competition at Spire Academy, and found this lovely property to rent! The house was cute, well decorated, and just the right size for the 4 of us. This was my first VRBO, and I was a little worried about how it would all go versus a hotel. I didn't have to worry at all! Reserving it, paying, and check in were super easy. The house is on the main drag in town, really cute, and super clean! 3 beds and smart TVs in each room meant we all had a bed and could relax and watch what we wanted. The kitchen was spacious, well equipped, and made making dinners really easy. The bathroom was very nice and had tons of towels. The checkout process was very easy as well. We will definitely try to rent this home again next year for the dance competition. If you want a cute place to stay, be near the lake and main drag, but have plenty of room to relax, you can't go wrong here!

Nice, little getaway. Not much to do there this time of year.

This was the perect size for.our family while our son was competing at an event at SPIRE. The manger was very accomindating and was quick to answer any and all of our questions.

Great place and location.

We are from Conneaut, but had a lot of business to take of in Mentor. My husband also needed to be able to get back to Conneaut as needed for other work projects. Instead of driving back and forth between the two we decided to get a place in Geneva.It worked out GREAT! It was so convenient and the cottage was clean, comfortable, pet friendly & well appointed with a perfect location. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to route 84. Matt is terrific!!!We'll be back - we highly recommend this cottage!!!PS: It was much more spacious than it looked in the photos. :-)

The owner was very responsive before and during our stay. we blew a fuse and they came within a few hours to fix it. The location is great right on the main road at one end of the strip with easy access to all the main strip attractions (which this time of year are limited but that is expected and has no impact on rating or review). The tenperature in the house seemed slightly inconsistent, we kept the thermostat on the same temp and one night it was cold one night hot, at least in the upstairs bedrooms. The upstairs bedrooms also depending on your group, may not be ideal as they are essentially one room, no doors just the stairwell in between and you can see feom one room to the other and hear every sound as if it were a single room. I would not say this would prevent me from staying in this property again, but likely not as 3 adult couples. I would however definitely rent from this owner again.

The house was super Duper clean and very well organized! Definitely would like to stay there again!
