WALK TO INDIAN ROCKS BEACH FOR GORGEOUS SUNSETS!

What a great vacation we had! Our dog loved his walks to The John Bonner Park. We loved the neighborhood feel and having Mike’s pizza down the block. The pool area , the hammock (my fave), the tiki bar all provided us with nothing but good vibes!!! Thank you Michelle and Tim

This house was the perfect location for a quiet getaway. Just a short drive over the bridge to get to the ocean and all the restaurants and entertainment. Walking distance to a great pizza place and breakfast place; both delicious. Wish it was a little warmer so we could have used the private pool.

Outdated kitchen, no lock on bathroom outside. Sofa sleeper very uncomfortable but other than that ok

The house is very well kept, clean and has all the essentials you need for the stay. Neighborhood is quiet and we stayed Memorial weekend expecting some noise due to BBQs, but super quiet and nice neighborhood. The pool and patio are wonderful. Very comfortable seating and pool! The only thing I was disappointed a tiny bit was the backyard grass was lacking. Mostly sand compared to the pictures, and I had brought my small dog. He loved the artificial grass patch and the shade, so it was no biggie for us. Keep in mind, it's Florida summer and 90 degree plus weather. The flip side is that there is very little mosquitos because of it and I prefer that over thick lush grass. I can't speak of the guess bedroom bed as we did not use the room, but the master bedroom bed is very, very comfortable! It's really a great area full of restaurants, stores and such and close to beach without the trouble of being on the beach. I will definitely recommend and would stay here again!!! Michelle the hostess is very nice, communicates quickly and thoroughly, and just plain nice! :)

Needed a place to stay in Tampa area between 2 medical appointments Friday and Monday. So decided to try to have a short vacation in between. Wanted something fairly near a beach, and with a pool on the property. Filled that want nicely. Short drive to beaches. Older property but well maintained. Owners very in touch and accessible. Running and walking trails within walking distance was good for me, a runner. Only surprise was that the second bathroom was outside the house technically, off the garage but accessible to pool. It worked out but the listing does not tell you that. But a 5 for our purposes.

Michelle is a great host always there to answer any questions, the home is perfect for a stay. Lovely pool tiki bar, table and chairs, hammock. Quiet and private backyard.

We were traveling for work and a small getaway….This house was perfect for us. We all enjoyed the pool and large backyard .Its location is nice and quiet… house was nice and clean. With lots of things near by to do and explore.

We enjoyed the house very much. Neighborhood was friendly and an easy walk. The star of this property is the outdoor space. We had our dog with us and she loved it. There was a great dog park close by. The extra room with the ping pong table was great. Pool was very clean ans was the home. And host was very attentive. Thanks Michelle for a great week.

Loved our stay here. Beautiful pool and quick drive to stunning beaches. House is as pictured, a little older but very cute and Michelle was extremely friendly and helpful.

We loved staying here. Would stay here again if in the area. Nice place to relax. Quiet neighborhood. Not far from the beach, stores, or dining. Pool was great! Place was clean. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the ping pong table. Owner easy to communicate with and available.

Host was incredibly caring and helpful getting us in at last minute when there was an issue with our previously booked rental.
