Walk to Historic Dtwn: Sanford Home w/ Gas Grill!

Close to downtown. Easy to walk or a very reasonable ride-share cost when its hot outside. Cute and clean property. Stocked with what what you need.

We were in town to visit Reformation Bible College where my daughter will be attending in the fall. We're from AZ and had never been to Sanford. We found the town and this rental home to be very friendly, welcoming, inviting and comfortable. We spent time walking around the neighborhood, part of which is in the historic district with old homes and paved streets. It was very beautiful and we felt safe there. The downtown area offered things to see and do and all kinds of food options. Walking near the lake was also a big highlight. The renal itself was spacious, nicely decorated with beautiful wood ceilings and floors, had dedicated parking, outdoor living space and thing like a gas grill, washer/dryer and AC were a bonus. We will likely book this place again on future stays to visit our daughter.

When we arrived at the property it was cute but the problems started immediately. This is the only negative review that I have ever written.The main entrance had garbage on it from someone's meal and beverage and when we tried to enter the property the access code did not work. We emailed and called and eventually received an access code.Upon entering the house we were asked by the agent, that got us an access code, to make sure everything was OK and that no one was in the property. Not exactly the way that you want to start your rental I must say. We started to get settled and notice that the half bath toilet did not flush. Upon inspection, the handle was just siting in place and was not connected to the toilet internal system to allow for flushing. This was reported to the home owner and Evolve at 9pm on JAN 22. In the afternoon of JAN 23, I had to contact again as I still had not received a response to address the broken toilet. Toilet was finally fixed.- Black mold in the windows- There is wi-fi but the network name is not listed anywhere in the house. (The owner was also contacted on this and responded 2 days later)- There is one (1) bicycle yet there are bicycles listed on the advert. However, this bicycle is non functional as the tires and no pump- There is a grill but you have to move it out of the basement to the street- There is no satellite or cable

With family in Sanford, this location worked perfectly for us. The home is beautifully decorated, has a well-equipped, spacious kitchen with seating for six, cozy throw blankets in every room, a variety of games, and plenty of parking—everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

very nice location to downtown but also get the trucks racking their pipes through the night and in morning . Very clean and fab furnishing. Easy security and loved the town.

My husband and I along with our Westie selected this home in Sanford. We thought the pictures looked interesting and we were not disappointed. My husband especially liked this VRBO. Lots of room to spread out and we really did enjoy our time in Sanford and at this home. Highly recommend.

During our recent stay at Casa de Pache, we were thoroughly impressed by the perfect blend of historic charm and modern amenities this property offered. The spacious layout comfortably accommodated us, the fully equipped kitchen was great, and the home was super-clean. The owner even left us a delicious snack-filled gift basket! The property's location is exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better spot for the annual Porchfest event (third weekend in February). A short walk brought us to historic downtown Sanford, with various breweries, restaurants, and shops. Stetson University was nearby, and we visited Lake Mary, too. Overall, our experience was outstanding. We look forward to returning!

My husband and I wanted to get away for a golf trip. Immediately when we walked in, it felt comfortable and thoughtful. I've stayed at places before that just felt like the bare minimum, here, it was all the little thoughtful touches to make you as comfortable as possible. We normally go out to eat a lot when we travel, but the kitchen was so great, we ate in almost every night.

Jayne was a very accommodating host. The home is spotless and provided us with everything we needed and more. It was our first time in Sanford but we look forward to coming back. Historic downtown is a direct walk from the house.

This home was amazing!! We stayed in Sanford FL for my mother's 86th birthday and we were able to walk to the restaurant in downtown Sanford in minutes. It was very easy to check in and when we looked around there were wonderful little bonuses from a goodies basket to food containers. I had a few questions and the contact person answered right away and made me feel at home. The home itself was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. I will definitely stay there again - they are the friendliest hosts I have booked with. Thank you for making our family weekend special!!
