    Everything was perfect from the location to the host's responsiveness. They answered any questions we had instantly. The house was just as advertised and was a great place for us. You may think it seems small by the square footage but my family of 5 had no issues at all. Parking was fine and it is a very short walk to Harbour Town and you're almost guaranteed to see deer while walking and from the porch. The house had all the supplies needed and was very comfortable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property.

    Amazing space in a touristy, but quiet area of the island. Walkable to shops and restaurants and to the trolley which takes you to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

    We enjoyed our stay and appreciate that the host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. The home was cozy and clean. Our favorite part of this home is the location. We loved watching wildlife from the home and strolling in to Harbor Town.

    Our four-night stay at this Hilton Head home was everything we hoped for and more. The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel like a peaceful retreat, yet close to all the action. We were just a short bike ride away from Harbour Town and the many activities in Sea Pines.The house itself was comfortable, well-designed, and stocked with everything we needed. The large windows provided beautiful views of the marsh, and we spent plenty of time relaxing in the natural light. The bikes provided were an added bonus, making it easy to explore the area on two wheels.While the house was amazing, we really took advantage of all Sea Pines had to offer. One of our favorite activities was pickleball. We played at the Sea Pines Racquet Club, which was a great spot to enjoy some friendly competition. Afterward, we visited a few local restaurants, enjoying everything from fresh seafood to casual bites. It was nice to have such a variety of places to choose from, each offering its own unique charm.We also took a dolphin tour, which was definitely a highlight. Seeing dolphins in their natural habitat was an unforgettable experience, and it gave us a whole new appreciation for the coastal wildlife. Of course, no visit to Hilton Head is complete without time at the beach. We spent a few afternoons at the Sea Pines Beach Club, soaking up the sun, playing in the surf, and just relaxing with a view.Overall, this home provided the perfect base for exploring Hilton Head. Whether it was biking through Sea Pines, playing pickleball, dining out, or just enjoying the natural beauty of the island, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and adventure on Hilton Head Island.

    Kirk's house is so great for a small group! It has absolutely everything you need. He is a wonderful host and very attentive. The beds were comfy, it was very clean and little thoughtful touches were provided. The location is BEAUTIFUL as well as quiet and you can ride bikes to the beach through beautiful Sea Pines, or walk to Harbor Town. We would definitely come back again. Thank you, Kirk!

    Extremely lucky to find this gem. Our first time to HHI; my husband and I were looking for a quick getaway for my birthday. The location of Kirk's place was perfect! It felt like we were on a secluded island, with the southern charm of canopy trees, but it was only a short walk or bike ride to restaurants, coffee and shops! Kirk is a very responsive and resourceful host; unlike many other hosts we have worked with. The accommodations were just as photographed. Very clean, comfortable, and modern. We didn't use the kitchen other than to make coffee; however, it appeared to be fully stocked for those interested in staying in. We preferred to visit the local establishments and enjoy the island by bike, provided by Kirk. The nightly sightings of the local island deer was an added plus! We will definitely be back! Thank you.

    Enjoyed our stay in this great treehouse very much. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Location was perfect for us. Kirk is a wonderful host with his communications regarding check in and out, even offering us early check in.Great experience all around, will definitely consider coming back to this beautiful treehouse and recommend to friends.

    The Treehouse offered my family a perfect little summer retreat. Loved that it was located just a short walk away from Harbour Town. Home was just the right size for my family of 4 and contained all the comforts of home. Owner was very responsive and accommodating as well. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!
