Walk to Downtown - King Bed - Private Entrance

Had a very pleasant 2 week stay here. Eric was always available and accommodating. The coffee maker didn't work our first morning, he immediately responded about dropping off a new one and asked what coffee we used so he could drop that off too. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils, silverware, etc. Highly recommend!

Very clean and convenient for walking to downtown. Enjoyed all of the shops, restaurants, Christmas market and farmers market.

Kitchen was fully equipped and appreciated coffee and tea available. We liked having enough towels!

The house was very clean and well kept. It is just a short drive to town. I liked having chairs on the front porch; I had a nice time in the afternoon sitting in the sun while reading a book.

This property met our needs. It was clean and near the downtown area. The bed was comfortable and the washer dryer was full size & fairly new.

Great location and super clean

Accommodations at the Downtown Holland home were great. Even more important, we were close to the beach, to shopping and dining, and everything we wanted to be able to do in our brief time in Holland.

We had a great time riding around our bikes. Downtown, and much more, is a short bike ride away.

Perfect place to stay with my immediate family for our daughters wedding weekend. There were 6 of us. Big kitchen, comfy beds, and very clean. Great to come home to a nice place after long busy days.

Great location. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet considering it's close to everything. The place is clean and cozy and the beds are comfortable. Eric was very responsive and stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was okay. Enjoyed our stay.

This property was located within reasonable driving distance to many of our area needs. We wanted to visit some beaches, blueberry farms, downtown gift places, and other area attractions. Holland has a lot to offer. This property was just as advertised, and it worked perfect for our vacationing family.

Very nice place. Comfortable beds. Spacious and clean. Host/property manager communicative and easy to get a hold of. Easy walk to Centennial park, Kollen Park, and 8th street shops/testaurants. Short drive to Ottawa Beach, Tunnel Park, Windmill Island and Niles Dutch Village. Overall great visit. Would stay again. Just a heads up. For anyone thinking of visiting during 4th of July weekend…Holland Michigan LOVES their fireworks ?…we were not prepared for the late and loud celebrations throughout the neighborhoods during the stay. Noise machines in the bedrooms helped calm our 5 year old. Fireworks at Kollen Park were great though. ?

The location was perfect The A/C was superb. It was outfitted great. Whoever converted this home to a VRBO knew what they were doing. Thanks for a great stay.
