- Primary suite: queen bed with ensuite bath featuring a double vanity and bath/shower combo.

- Bedroom 2: queen bed with plush bedding.

- Bedroom 3: two twin beds ideal for children or friends.

- Full bathroom: centrally located with tub/shower combo and fresh linens.

The open living area invites you to lounge on plush seating, stream your favorite shows on the smart TV, spin vinyl on the record player or curl up with a book from our mini library. Adjacent, the dining table seats four — perfect for family meals or board‑game nights.

Guest Access & Amenities

Guests have full use of the home and yard. Keyless smart lock entry makes check‑in effortless. Other amenities include washer/dryer, central AC/heating, extra linens, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, and free parking for up to three cars. (There is sufficient room for only two larger vehicles.)



Other Things to Note

Quiet hours are 8 PM–8 AM. Pet fee applies; please register all guests. Construction in the neighborhood may occur as the area grows, but our home remains a serene retreat.
