Walk to Chairlifts: Breck Condo w/ Private Patio

We had a fantastic stay in Breckenridge. The location couldn’t have been better- just minutes from the lifts- which made it easy for our family to ski on our own schedules. Some of us spent full days on the mountain while others came and went, and it worked perfectly.We also loved being a short walk from downtown Breckenridge. Not having to drive to dinner was a huge plus, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby.The owner was incredibly responsive and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Our kids especially enjoyed the outdoor pool and spa at the community building, which was a great way to unwind after skiing.The condo itself was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax.We would gladly return.

A simply perfect place to spend a vacation. It's spacious, clean, private, and well-located. The hosts were very attentive and willing to resolve any questions or issues. It's exactly what you'd expect if you're traveling with family—a place where you can go and feel right at home. I definitely hope to return in the summer and enjoy all the activities Colorado has to offer.

This is a great location with a short walk to peak 9 and downtown. Property was very clean and the property contact was very helpful. We had a family of 4 and had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved the condo. It is a beautiful home with very comfortable beds, nice living spaces and all new appliances in the kitchen. And best of all, just a short walk to get on the lifts at Peak 9. Also loved the community hot tubs just a short walking distance away and so.close to downtown. The owners were so good during our stay, answering any requests we had and so thoughtful in doing all they could to make our stay great. Highly recommend staying here.

We were very happy with our stay. Property was just as advertised. Great communication too. Super easy walk to lifts, and convenient to downtown too. I will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time here for our ski trip: We loved being able to just walk to the lift every morning, and we even got to walk to downtown and check out the ice sculpting happening the week we were here - absolutely amazing location! Not to mention 3 full bathrooms, (including a GORGEOUS master bathroom!) so we could all take our time thawing out in the showers after cold days of skiing! Great view as well from the multiple balconies, and a cozy living room with a fireplace to warm up in front of with hot chocolate and a good movie. So glad we picked this place to stay!

Top notch! Cozy cute house, easy walk to town, quicksilver lift or beaver run! 5 min, no matter where you go. Amazing host, super responsive and the beds were insanely comfy! Most def will be back!

Well suited for a nuclear family. Garage was great. Hosts super helpful. 5-7 min walk to snowflake and quicksilver lifts. Quick walk to Main Street. Thank you.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space and just a couple minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift/Village, Beaver Run Lift and Main Street.

We had a wonderful stay at the town home and can’t recommend it enough! It was walking distance to both the Quicksilver and Beaver Run lifts which was so convenient, and also a short walk to town. The space is cozy, clean, and well stocked. It was also very nice being able to park two cars at the rental as well. One downside is having to walk a bit to the hot tub, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying it. Highly recommend for a trip to Breckenridge!
