Walk to beautiful West Dennis Beach

We stayed here with our three young children. The check in process was incredibly frustrating. We were able to pick up the keys at the realtor, which is 15 minutes away from the house at, at 12:30pm but were told to not go in the house until the 4pm check in. When we arrived at the house the key was wrong and the realtor needed to bring the correct key. We were tired from a day of traveling with young kids and the realtor was not apologetic but instead was quite rude. The house itself was very nice. The room with bunk beds was great for our 8 and 5 year olds. The were able to easily fit our pack n play in the other room with a queen bed. The master bedroom was downstairs and very spacious. There were some crumbs and other dirt in the three season room. The house is about a 10/12 minute walk to th breach with a wagon, stroller, and two other kids on foot. Overall the house itself was nice but I will probably not rent a property managed by this realty company again.

Very nice you could smell were dogs had been in the house but not to bad .House was just like the pictures .Everyone very friendly,nice area good for walking. Two blocks away from ocean.

Property was perfect for our needs. Nice walk to West Dennis Beach. Not much of a yard if that is something you would want. Bedroom TV did not work. Overall great time, would definitely recommend and rent again.

We absolutely loved staying here! The distance to the beach is wonderful - just a quick walk. And we loved the neighborhood for going for walks and bike rides with the kids. Before and during our stay, communication was prompt and helpful! Minor negatives are that I wish we didn't have to stop by the realty office for the keys and the rug under the table was pretty dirty; I'd say remove it. Would definitely stay again!

We chose this house because of the location and amenities. We shared the house with some close friends who had a newborn. We took the upstairs which consisted of a queen, full bath, and a great set of bunk beds for our kids; while our friends took the master downstairs, which also would have been great for in-laws to stay. The half mile walk to the beach was great for our little ones and the beautiful neighborhood was another plus.

This property was nicely decorated. It is not right on the water but you can walk about a mile to West Dennis Beach (it has a lot of seaweed though). The only recommendation would be to bring any spices, condiments as they don't have any. Maybe bring a pot and pan as they only have one of each. Other than that we loved the place and the 1st floor laundry was key!

Location is fantastic - short walk to the beach. The property is clean and well maintained. It was a great spot for my family to explore the cape for two weeks.

This property exceeded our expectations. Great home, super clean, great neighborhood - walk to the beach. We were really able to enjoy our vacation staying in this home. Patrick and Foran Realty were fabulous to work with and made the entire renting procedure very easy.
