Walk to Beach: Maine Home w/ Hot Tub & Deck!

We liked how close it was to the boardwalk and pier. Shopping and restaurants closeby. Grocery store also nearby. Hot tub was nice feature. Nice big driveway. House was roomy for a group. We liked ac in each room too.

The house was very spacious, plenty of room for our family. The beds are very comfortable, and the linen is quality. Overall, the home is in need of some upkeep. A coat of paint and replacing broken blinds would go a long way. The house was lacking in normal supplies, dish soap, trash bags, hand soap that’s not been watered down, etc. The hot tub was nice, unfortunately there’s no easy access. You’ll need to walk out the side or front door and the hot tub is on the opposite end of the residence.

The house was big, plenty of rooms and bathrooms for multiple people. We loved the location and fire pit. It had everything we would need, would stay again.

Close by beach and shops and pier. Firepit was awesome. Unique house. Loved it

We thoroughly enjoyed staying on this property. Beau, the owner, checked in with us, and was very kind. The bedrooms were great and it had a deck off the master bedroom that was beautiful. Excellent location. We walked to the beach everyday.

Clean, comfortable, enough room for the entire family, great location! The owner was very responsive and stopped in to show us how to care for the hot tub. Will definitely be back!

Came up to stay with our family for the week. Zero complaints! Everything was perfect!

Property is within walking distance to the pier, beach and shops. Yet it is out of the traffic and the hustle. Owner was very friendly and responsive. It has a large primary suite. Excellent place to stay.

Was The perfect house for a large family, very spacious and open inside. Very clean. Outdoor patio new to us once complete will be a huge plus for outdoor enjoyment.

Good size house for 10, nicely furnished. Lots of updates since brochure issued. Walk to beach and decent provisions store. Owner resolved any issues quickly. Great vacation and family get together.

Unfortunately I cannot give a 5 star rating due to property construction done at 6:45am that consists of paving of the driveway! Noise level of trucks and workers yelling walking all of us on vacation was unacceptable also having to move several cars all around a narrow street to park as we could not use driveway for the last 4 days of the trip was not the best and having to walk around the driveway to get to grill and solo stove. The owner of the home came by to inspect and meet us lingering a bit too long talking of past experiences on the 3rd day of our stay. These things should be noted in the listing that improvements to the property may happen during your stay. Also home owner may show. Trash day is Tuesday at this property so left over overflowing trash is left for the new renters. ? The house itself is really nice, beds super comfortable, lots of space, a/c felt great. Nice solo fire pit for cozy night outside as well as a nice rooftop deck. My grandson loved the open living area to move around. Could use more bath towels for the amount of people we had. Water in shower at times really too hot. Beach access maybe a bit more than 5 min walk, touristy area. Lots of fun things to do though if looking for that. The beach is wonderful. If the paving incident and the owner coming into our stay and staying a bit too long hadn’t happen, this was a great place to stay with my family. I will try somewhere new next time though. The paving just doesn’t make sense to me.

This property very deceiving from the outside. It is very big with lots of space. We had 8 adults and one child and there was plenty of room. Great kitchen and new patios outside. Close to Lamberts Market for supplies. Very close to everything but the house across the street a real eye sore.

A great stay with family, the house was nice and roomy!
