Stayed Mar 5, 2025Nice neighborhood. Loved the enclosed patio. Easy access. Close to lots of good restaurants. Hot tub was nice extra.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025The house has a lot of common area space, but we wished it had more seating room in the living room. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, silverware, and cooking utensils. The welcome book says they will provide toilet paper & paper towels to accommodate your stay, but we had bought some before we arrived. The washer and dryer were a staple and worked great. The water pressure in the master bathroom was great, but there is a water saver shower head on the 2nd bathroom shower so it was very weak. We often showered outside which has great pressure. My kids thought it was fun. The location was great as it was right below the bridge and we walked to restaurants and could have walked to the public beach access 12 if we had wanted to. I had one question when we arrived and the property manager responded immediately. We had a wonderful week with my family of 7 adults, 2 school age kids, and a 1 year old.

Stayed Jun 25, 2025The property is nice enough, nothing spectacular about it. Property is clean. Kitchen is nice. Rooms are decent sized, beds were not very comfortable. Several lights were missing lightbulbs in various rooms. The outdoor area's roof leaked a little after a very heavy rain storm, not a big deal. Hot tub had a strange oder but we weren't going to use it anyway. Outdoor trash bins were already almost full and needed to be taken out before we arrived. Overall an extremely average stay.

Stayed Apr 22, 2025No sheets or blanket on one of the beds. No supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc). Multiple messages back and forth with the property manager and they wouldn’t resolve the issues. We went for 2 nights without sheets/blankets on a bed! Outdoor trash cans overflowing, nowhere to put trash outside of the house. There are beds for 11, but not enough plates/silverware (only 7 sets). Also, seating in the living room was for only 5. Couches are nasty. There is one bathroom for 3 bedrooms. The other bathroom is in a bedroom so not accessible for most of the guests. The bunkbed room is part of the entranceway to the garage. This place is in need of an update and refresh. You can walk to the beach but you have to go over a narrow bridge on a small sidewalk with very fast traffic. This place seemed tired and like it hadn’t been used in awhile.
