Walk to Beach: Hilton Head Island Resort Gem

First of all, I had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The hosts were incredibly helpful, providing bikes and answering any questions I had.The property was perfect for a family or group of friends, with everything you could ask for—a gas grill, complimentary bikes, and easy access to a variety of local amenities.The pool area was never crowded and well-maintained, making it an ideal spot to relax. The bikes made it easy to explore the area—mornings spent cruising along the coast and afternoons discovering nearby cafes and restaurants, all just minutes away.As someone who loves close access to the beach and local amenities like pickleball, pools, bikes, and restaurants, this location was fantastic. The hosts also provided excellent recommendations for their favorite spots, all of which were great!I specifically chose this location because it felt centrally located in Hilton Head, offering easy access to both daytime activities and nightlife, as well as grocery stores and shopping.The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring I had everything I needed. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and I will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay for our family of four. Fantastic location w a ten min walk to the beach! This may be the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in- the beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, towels were such a big plus for us not to overpack. The kitchen is also fully stocked & we used the grill often. The condo is beautifully decorated and beds were comfortable. Thank you Virginia for your communication and a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful beach decor! Super comfortable living room furniture, beds and pillows. We didn't have to bring a thing except our clothes and of course food for meals. They have everything else you need in the kitchen, bathrooms and beach. This was our second year renting this home and we look forward to staying again in the future!!

The house was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. I texted Virginia numerous times with various Hilton Head questions and she always responded with helpful information. The house is conveniently located close to the pool, beach, restaurants and the general store. Very nice vacation!!

This was the perfect vacation home for my family and I, including my 6 month old. The home was stunning and had every accommodation you could possibly need. The location in Palmetto Dunes was very nice and centrally located on the island. There are multiple pools just steps away from the unit and the pool is within walking distance. Virginia was very communicative and helpful. I couldn't ask for anything more!

We immediately fell in love with this townhouse when we walked through the door. Beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed for a wonderful week. And the location is within walking distance of the general store and beach. We highly recommend it!

We loved the location and proximity to the beach, the Dune House, the General Store and the tennis/pickleball center. Our townhouse was the perfect size for our needs with a great master bedroom bed, clean spaces, working appliances and a nice deck. Some things showed wear and tear or had poor design. For example one of the deck chairs was about to break, you can't open the sliding door to the deck without closing the four blinds, the dining chair legs are swept back and we kept hitting them with our feet. Mostly minor inconveniences. Also, be aware that the deck space is right on the road where everyone walks their dogs and cars go by through the day. So privacy is limited if that matters to you. Overall very happy with the unit!

This townhome is beautifully decorated, is very comfortable and has a very well stocked kitchen with quality cookware, dinnerware and cutlery. The owner was easy to reach and quick to respond to any enquiries. The location is great - easy access to the beach, grocery stores, etc.

This property was amazing! The house is everything you see and more. The things they provide is beyond accommodating. The property was so clean, comfortable and very cozy. Close to so much such as the beach, restaurants and stores. Love that it’s in its own community. The communication with the Host was outstanding, and do not hesitate to answer any questions we had while we were there and she was very informative before the trip as well. Overall my family had the best time and we will be going back.
