Walk to Beach! Family Beach House, Game room! Sunset View!

The house was absolutely perfect. Had everything you needed or wanted. We didn’t have good weather so we weren’t able to use the pool, but the back yard was gorgeous. I hope to go back again.

Great property and location...has everything you need to be on vacation but also feel like home

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! This house has all you need, and more. The kitchen is stocked with newer pots and pans, dishes & glassware. We slept in the master bedroom, and let me say, that mattress was so comfortable! I have back pain most of the time, but I had the best sleep and no pain while staying here. The pool is the cherry on the top. We spent most of our time out there, when we weren’t at the beach. The trees and plants in the backyard are beautiful. We walked to the beach, and used the provided chairs, towels, wagon & umbrella; It’s so nice to not have to pack those items to travel. The neighborhood was quiet and the community seemed family-friendly; People walking and riding bikes. Plenty of parking at this house, with a spot to turn around, if needed. The owners have thought of everything for this house; Nicely decorated and updated furniture. This is a 10/10 place to stay. If we decide to go back to Daytona, we will definitely book this place!

Wonderful stay! This house was fully stocked and had everything we needed. My children absolutely loved the pool. We really appreciated the tubes and boogie boards that were provided. House was quiet and peaceful. The pool was well maintained and the air conditioning worked great. TVs in everyroom! Short distance to the beach and grocery store.

House was great. Owners were great and responsive to help when there was city electrical outage with tickets and keeping us updated. Loved the pool and the short walk to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. A short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and the pool was an added plus!

We absolutely had the best beach vacation! Anything you could want was included with the house. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, pool toys, etc The kitchen had all the pots, pans and dishes needed for a family meal. It was clean and decorated super cute!! We would definitely come back again.

Everything was great, place had everything was nice and clean and very comfortable, definitely look forward to going back, and highly recommend.

The home was just as described. It was very clean and equipped with anything anyone would need during their stay. We enjoyed the nearby park and the beach, both of which are in walking distance.

Turned Rockville into a girls trip (45-48). This property was perfect for the three of us, and we enjoyed to pool so much on those hot days. Highly recommend and I am hoping to come back next year!

This is the perfect beach house! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was close enough to Daytona Beach, but it was nice to drive away from everything and go home at the end of the day. We also enjoyed walking to the beach. Nice home lots of room for 4 people. Great parking for trucks and trailers and motorcycles. Only down side is pool wasn’t heated and we had cold weather at night. Nice warmer days so it would have been nice to get in pool after a day of riding. Great place!!!!

The beach house was better than expected, photos don’t do it justice! The hosts were gracious and left information on things to do nearby, menus with food recommendations and a lovely welcome snack basket that was appreciated, especially after a long travel day! We’ll definitely book again!

The house was clean and well stocked with basic supplies, towels and kitchen items. There was plenty of seating inside and around the pool. We enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to coming back next year.

This is the second year in a row that my family has stayed in this rental. The house is clean and provides a great home away from home, you’re sad to leave it at the end of the week. The host makes sure all needs are met and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I will definitely be back next year.

The proximity of the house to the beach and the pool met the needs of four active teenagers and their grandparents.There is lots to do in that area. We have enjoyed it for years. It’s nice to find a house that comfortably fits the family.

We stayed at this property in late May. The home is conveniently located near the beach, groceries, and restaurants. Access to the main roads is super easy. The location’s pool is great, the yard and landscaping are well maintained and allow for some outdoor activities in a large private yard. The Florida room is great for early morning coffee and the neighborhood is quiet. A ping pong table, basketball game, and air hockey table along with a large capacity washer and dryer are in the converted garage. There were all the necessary pots, pans, utensils, seasonings, and cleaning supplies. This is the among the best VRBO experiences we have had. Thank-you for sharing your location with us!
