I have rented this house multiple times over the years and absolutely love it. The house has everything you need, location is excellent and Jim, the owner, is quick to respond. It’s in an area less crowded than in Gulf Shores. We saw the Blue Angels fly over, which is amazing to see and spotted dolphins in ocean one day. I will definitely be back.

Overall, the rental was okay. Clean, marginally equipped kitchen,(no,mixing,bowls) terrible TV reception, of course,, one doesn't go to the beach to watch TV. Selection and reception could be better, though. Great furniture on the expansive deck, great view of the gulf.There was no access to the Bay side deck. It looked okay, though.The host was friendly,and accessible.Very nice areal, very nice neighbors.

View was great! Not a lot of accommodations as far as salt/pepper.. we stayed at a place in North Carolina and they had all spices and everything you needed. I know not safe, but I trust people. The stairs are very scary, especially that top one! I fell all the way down them, thank goodness I’m a trooper! I have a few bruises! It’s not as big as it seems in pics. Very small. Just wish it hadn’t rained so much. Trying to pack the stairs will get you! WATCH that first step! It’s a Doosey!! The stairs are bad!

Jim's house is always clean and just the right mix of far enough away from town to feel secluded but close by car. I hope to book again for the Gulf Coast Triathlon again next year.

Our family had a great time staying in this beach home! It’s very close to the beach and is an easy stroll. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and outdoor shower. The patio has a great view of the ocean! The area is very family friendly and the beach is beautiful. We saw dolphins swimming close by almost every day.

We absolutely loved the area of our stay. Our granddaughters loved going to the beach every day and it taking only a couple minutes to get there

Enjoyed the easy access to the beach and how low key the area is. Had an absolute good time and very much needed break from life.

This is our second stay here. We love the location to the beach, and the restaurants close by. Jim’s a fantastic host and we will definitely be back!

Great location, easy to find and great response time with communications. Everything was clean and ready for us with clear house rules posted.

The only thing to take into consideration is that the nearest grocery store is 20 minutes away, but there is a quick stop 5 minutes out for some basic supplies.

While not a fancy modern place, this property is cozy & in a great location! The screened porch is great--has a view of both the gulf & the bay! The walk to the beach is easy & short. Fort Morgan area is a very uncrowded, relaxing place to vacation.

This house was very clean and comfortable. The inside and outside looked freshly painted, very bright and cheerful with charming decorations. The house was located just as stated-75 yards from the beach which made it very convenient and provided a beautiful view of the Gulf. We enjoyed our week.

We really enjoyed our stay in this little neighborhood in Fort Morgan. So close to the beach. The house is small but worked good for us. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. We really enjoyed the downstairs patio area for hanging out.

First off Jim is a great host and was quick to answer any questions I had. We were able to check in early. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. The beach was just around the corner and wasn’t crowded at all! Thanks for having us in your home!

My husband and I brought our adult daughter and niece with us. House was clean. Location is so perfect/ very easy walk to get to the water. Weather and tides weren’t in our favor this week, but the great porch facing the water allowed us to still sit out enjoy the view and sounds of the water. Quiet little neighborhood. We are so grateful we came upon this listing. Will book this property again when we decide to go back.
