Las Olas Boulevard and beach are just 10 minutes away, with Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and Pompano Beach 15 mins away.

• Driveway parking only (up to 3 cars) - absolutely no street parking or parking in yard.



❗STRICT NOTICE: The mayor lives directly across the street. Any violation of house rules, including parking limits, guest count, or noise, may result in immediate city involvement. Violations will require guests to vacate immediately with no refund, and any city fines will be the guest’s responsibility. Exterior security cameras are monitored. Please review all check-in notes for full details. Failure to comply will result in $1k fine and eviction.
