Bungalows at Seagrove is a planned bungalow community of 56 individual 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath homes in Seagrove Beach, less than 2 miles east of Seaside, on Highway 30-A. It is walking distance to bike, golf cart, kayak rentals and stores to purchase beach essentials. If you forgot or need something it is a 4 minute walk to Tom Thumb Convenience Store. You can also walk to Goatfeathers Seafood Market for their fresh seafood, steamed shrimp, smoked tuna dip and more. This well appointed planned community is within walking distance of the beach and includes 2 pools, a hot tub, masterfully landscaped grounds, abundant parking spaces, and sidewalks, with numerous wooden walk bridges.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
