Stayed Nov 20, 2025Great home, short drive to beaches and other attractions. House was clean, our only complaint is that the upkeep on the pool area could be improved upon. All in all, a great rental. We fished from the private dock daily and caught several species of fish. Thank you for providing the basic fishing supplies!

Stayed Mar 31, 2025We had perfect weather!! The house was perfect for our group of 5, with plenty of room to spare. The only downfall..there were beach chairs show in the welcome book, but were nowhere to be found. We would’ve really liked to use those.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025The house was beautiful. I didn’t like having a bathroom/shower in Garage. The pool needed to be cleaned more than once a week. Had dirt on bottom and there was no skimmer to skim dirt and leaves. I would rent this property again it was close to everything.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025The property is in a very nice location and could be a great property. The living room and sitting area are very nice. There are other improvements in process, however significant issues with the pool and pool area, a partially functional stove and toaster, as well as calcium buildup, vent partially dropping from ceiling, poorly maintained outdoor space and a quite dated overall vibe are real detractors from what could be a great space.We we unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with the property owner and management company to off set the issues.This is the first, less than positive, rating I have given.

Stayed Feb 12, 2025This house has a large back yard on a canal on a cul-de-sac. The kitchen was from the 60's but everything worked well and was immaculate, We had a few maintenance issues due to the age of the house but they were promptly repaired. The only negative we encountered was the screens in and out of the lanai. There were cobwebs that it looked like had been there for a long time. We let the manager know and she said she would come over and remove them. It never happened and we just lived with them. But it was very distracting and ugly. The second bathroom was outdated but everything worked. The garage needed a good cleaning and organizing. And we had to use the garage for it's bathroom and washer and dryer.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024the property is wonderful, very clean, large house with lots of space, the pool is wonderful and there is a lake in the back that you can fish, we caught fish, the only problem is the neighbors who kept taking photos of our car and everyone who was there But I think they're crazy, this happened in the first two days, but then they left us alone, wonderful environment, very attentive and attended to us whenever we asked, thank you
