The space
Private house separated from the guest house with separate driveway and parking. Main bedroom has a queen bed and carpeted floor. Second bedroom has full bed and is shared with the office for remote work. This room is very bright and sunny. Living room has a microfiber recliner couch and flat screen smartTV . Open kitchen with breakfast counter and dining room. Fully outfitted Stainless kitchen with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Full cooking ingredients and condiments. Work space desk with large window to backyard. Rustic common backyard for relaxing in nature. An outdoor seating area under a gazebo is a nice bonus for eating, reading, and lounging. This our occasional private residence, and you'll find a few personal items in the house.

29 miles from the airport. 10 minutes drive to LoDo. 12 miles to Golden. 9 miles to RiNo (art & dining district). 12 miles to Red Rocks amphitheater. 69 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Union Station RTD light rail in downtown is 5.4 miles Uber ride (food, bars and music venues) and easy access to the airport via light rail public transportation.

We are located 1.5 miles away from the Belmar shopping district which is an outdoor mall with movie theaters, restaurants, and bars.

Short distance ride to bike path that goes straight to downtown Denver.

Other things to note
The driveway is very long with plenty of parking next to the house. The preferred parking is in front of the fence. The neighbors are very friendly if you see them say hi and wave if you feel so inclined.

We try hard to allow early check-ins and late check-outs but it is so difficult to accommodate because our cleaners need to schedule their time;

There is a truck and camper parked at the extreme back edge of the property that will not affect your stay.

We have a camera over the front porch to view the property.

    This was a wonderful place. It was very clean, well supplied, the desk was a huge plus and the gas range was a wonderful addition over electric. 10/10 will stay again.

    The cottage inside is very clean and pretty much as described. Easy access, easy parking, nice central location for visiting Red Rocks and Rocky Mountain National Park and central Denver. While it has an odd floor plan, it was fine for our needs. It was very cool temperature-wise so we were not inclined to spend much time outside. However if we had been, the various clutter outside would have been kind of a turn off. It wasn't a deal breaker for us and I wish VRBO had a way to convey these kinds of comments to owners other than a review posting.

    The property was as listed. A hiccup on the first night but they made amends. The kitchen is a unique design and kind of spread out but worked. One of the bedrooms had a window into the other bedroom and even with the shade, it didn't give privacy. All in all it was adequate for our needs
