The house is fabulous and was impressed with the accuracy of the listing. Easily could have stayed longer with no complaints. The beds are very comfortable. Hot tub after the hiking was the magic.

Excellent location and experience!

The home in Sedona was a perfect retreat for my large family. It was close to all the trails, course back riding, shops and Grand Canyon. Grocery store is 1 mile away. The yard is spacious with great seating and the hot tub was hot with extra towels. Really appreciated that the kitchen and throughout the house were stocked with amenities like salt and pepper, coffee filters, extra utensils for the grill, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and all the small necessities. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Perfect location to the trails! Beautiful house. The hot tub was a great way to end the day after hiking. Host was very easy to communicate with. Check in and out was so easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was super easy with this rental - communication was top notch, access was easy, the house had everything we needed. Great location as well with short drives to all trailheads. I didn’t love the shared laundry room situation, but I also didn’t read that in the property description - the team was very clear about that and it wasn’t an issue. On the whole I would have probably chosen differently based on that, but then again, all the benefits above remain the same!

Kitchen was clean and had most of what we needed. The rooms were comfortable. The access to trails was amazing. It was nearly walking distance to some trailheads and gave recommendations for the most lived by locals. I wish we could've stayed a few days longer.

The house was cozy like home and well decorated. The view of the huge mountain on the back terrace was amazing. Soaking in the hot tub was a nice treat at the end the day. So close to town but had a feel of privacy.

I met up with two college friends for a relaxing weekend in Sedona, and this house made our trip so much better. The house was clean, spacious, had excellent views, and was just a few minutes from some great hikes that we took advantage of. The owners were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

We’ve stayed here before and had an exceptional experience on both occasions. The hosts are responsive and welcoming and check in is easy and smooth. The location is perfect for a relaxing stay with a pleasant yard with views of Sedona red rocks and also close access to amenities as well as parking and trailAccess. We plan to stay again in. It is a very nice property in a quiet cul-de-sac. Beautiful decor. Great for families. Equipped with playpen and high chair for those that need it. Lots of trails nearby. The owners addressed the minor issues quickly. So I am confident anyone would have a worry free trip. The back yard was amazing with a view of the mountains. There was a hot tub, grill, tetherballl, and one of those fire tables. Food, shopping, and groceries are all within like 10 min. Highly recommend Outlaw Grille and Pisa Lisa. Lots of hiking ans scenic views in the area. Loved our Sedona trip.

The house was tucked away in a neighborhood in West Sedona with a beautiful view of the rocks. Several excellent hiking trails were just a few minutes away! We loved being out of the hubbub of Uptown but an easy drive in. Pete and Theresa were excellent hosts and communicators, and the house was very well appointed for guests! Would absolutely stay again!

This place was great for me and my husband and our 9 month old daughter to stay at. We spent most of the weekend hiking, but it was a great oasis to retreat to for a nap. Very clean and rooms were very dark which was nice for when we put the baby down. There was a high chair which we didn't need to use but great to have. Hot tub was great for the end of the day and check in and check out were very easy.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We especially appreciated the welcome basket, and the thoughtful amenities provided. We highly recommend and would love to stay again.

The house is pretty small and bathrooms are really dated but the location is amazing. The owners/hosts were amazing as well. The neighborhood isn’t great but it didn’t matter at all. Very close to one of the most amazing hikes we went on. Highly recommend any properties these folks have.

Had a wonderful stay at Raven House. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in West Sedona & close to everything you need. Raven house is your comfortable & charming home while in Sedona. There are three bedrooms, each with ample closet space and mounted TVs, a big great room with a massive TV and a big kitchen, dining room as well as a cute sitting room. House also boasts a big, private back patio with plenty of seating and best of all, a nice hot tub with canyon views! House is very charming, clean and hosts very responsive to all communications. Loved Sedona in general and will visit again! I will definitely rebook Raven House again - part of the reason my entire family stay was amazing!

Great place to stay, convenient location. We hiked Cathedral Rock and Devils bridge. Both hikes were excellent. Cathedral rock more challenging. It was a plus to be able to soak in the hot tub after hiking. Communication with manager was excellent.

Great stay

We stayed one night for a quick Sedona weekend and it was great! The house was clean, plenty of space for a family of 4 and the kids loved the huge lawn and the tetherball court.

This west Sedona home was perfect for our visit. Literally, walk out the back door to several trails. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. 1. Owners are responsive to inquiries. 2. Plenty of room for us to gather and also have privacy in this 3 bedroom house. 3. Loved having the washer/dryer on site! 4. We enjoyed grilled dinners on the patio and relaxing soaks in the hot tub. 5. Would definitely stay here on my next trip to Sedona!

Our stay was, unfortunately, too short but it was a good one! The property was clean and comfortable. The hosts were always in communication. The views from the backyard were incredible. I wish we could have stayed longer to really enjoy it more. Hopefully we will be back in the future.
