The home was perfect for our stay and everything is just as beautiful as pictured. The quiet neighborhood is a perfect place to start and end your fun filled days on Marco Island. We will absolutely be back and rent with Marco Island Vacation Properties!

While not really walkable to anything, the flip side is that there was lots of peace and wildlife. The included kayaks and paddleboards were so fun to take exploring. The pool and outside living space was perfect for us to spend 80% of our time. While our kids loved the pool, there weren't many other young-kid focused materials at the house so bear that in mind.

Our family of 7 adults loved our week long stay at this home. Everything was as advertised, and very well stocked. We spent lots of mornings and evenings in the pool, and all the beach equipment was a big help. Property managers were friendly and responsive. We'd definitely stay here again!

Everything was great - the beds were comfortable with quality linens and the kitchen well-stocked. It was easy to use the provided bikes to ride to the beach or the kayaks to cruise along the canals.

Enjoyed every minute of this rental. We lives the clean organized home! Especially loved the extra amenities! The kayaks and paddle boards were awesome. We even saw dolphins in front of the home. We loved having the beach equipment…umbrella and beach cart! Other properties didn’t offer the extras so this was a great find. Would rent here again for sure! Only bad thing was the grill was in bad condition and not working.

Was also great to have chairs and beach wagon on site! Will be coming back for sure!

Had a great time at the pool, paddle boards and kayaks. We also able to dock a boat which we used in the mornings and afternoons. Overall the rooms were very comfortable each with a TV and the young adults had fun playing pool. Next time we go to Marco will consider this home again.

The house was exactly as expected - even better in some ways. The check-in and check-out processes were very efficient - 5 min for each. The staff kept in touch throughout the week to make sure all was going well - friendly reminders about trash pickup days, etc. The house itself was perfect for the 6 of us - the kids each had their own bedrooms, which was great. The pool was the perfect temp and offered great views of the canal. We really enjoyed keeping the sliding doors to the master bedroom, dining, and living rooms open to enjoy the fresh air from the screened-in pool deck. And we especially enjoyed the kayaks and stand-up paddle boards on the canal! The location was also perfect - only a 7-8 minute drive to pretty much everywhere we went on the island. And my morning 5-6 mile runs were perfect as it was only 1.5 miles to the main beach road. We will definitely plan for a return trip at some point in the not-too-distant future!
