VRBO House with nice solar heated pool and lanai, close to restaurants.

It was very nice to have a house that had everything we needed. Comfy beds, very spacious, pool area, quiet neighborhood. We would have liked a tv in the bedrooms. I know we were there for vacation and not to sit in front of a tv, but with our son with special needs, it would have been helpful. Also, having extra toilet paper and paper towels would have been great. No extra on hand. The pool was not heated like we thought. It is solar heated, so in December it does not get as much sun. The pool area is very nice to sit by and enjoy.

What a perfect home away from home! I stayed with my 2 kiddos and we all really loved the home ! We were there for my son’s baseball tournament and the location ended up being perfect ! The kitchen was fully stocked so I was able to cook healthy meals which is a must. We enjoyed the pool to cool off in the evenings too. I can’t say enough good things about the owners hospitality and great communication. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were nice too. I would absolutely recommend this VRBO!! We would definitely book again.

This Vrbo was perfect for the 6 of us with 3 spacious bedrooms, 4 beds, 2 dining areas, 2 full baths, 1 lanai, and a heated pool to enjoy! This house had everything we needed plus some! Lots of amenities! We would definetly stay here again!

We had a nice stay with family, we were all in town for my daughter's graduation from college. The house is in a great location, clean and had everything we needed in it for our stay, I would rent it again anytime.

We had a wonderful 4 week stay. The property is located very centrally for Cape Coral. Everything that you need for a stay is provided The pool is fantastic, the temperature of the solar heated pool is perfect, a little nip on the surface but beautifully warm when you’re in. We would really recommend this property and if we return to the area it certainly would be top of our list.
