Stayed Jul 5, 2025The property was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The location was excellent. Beds were comfortable and overall, we had a wonderful stay! The grandkids really enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table as well as their special bunk room and games provided. The refrigerator did go out on our last day. The management company was responsive and offered a loaner refrigerator or to move us. We decided to stay but wish we could have received credit for all our lost food. It would have been nice to have beach towels provided but that was a small inconvenience.

Stayed Sep 14, 2024Great location and house! This is our second year staying in one of the viviana homes. We love this area!. Only negatives related to the home were the terrible mattresses and inability to use the elevator.
