Other Things to Note:

1. PLEASE NOTE: There is a new building undergoing construction in the block across the road. On many days, there will be no activity that you may hear. On other weekdays, and only during waking hours and never in the evenings, you may hear construction noise if you leave the balcony doors or windows open. There is minimal discernible noise when indoors with the doors and windows closed. Thanks for your understanding.

Very rarely due to either urgent maintenance or other unforeseen factors, the amenities area can be closed. In the very unlikely event that a closure happens, we can take no responsibility for this.
