Stayed Aug 28, 2024Perfect south Tampa location. Nice neighborhood. perfectly clean. All tile floor is great. And the tile bathrooms have been remodeled and look great. The ad should mention a cottage at the rear and the need to share parking. It was not a problem but surprising. And one day the tenant at the rear took up the entire driveway by accident. One bathroom is way too small, the toilet area is in the shower. It must be an addition and can't be fixed. I'm a builder, but I think anyone would notice this. And the paper supplies were skimped on. Only minor problems. I'd recommend the place.
